Originally went there today to go to Tanduri Fusion. Found out by surprise they closed. :( A bit disappointing, but we went in here anyway as we all love Indian food and were fine with trying it and giving it a chance. We walked in today at 5pm - which normally would be Tanduri fusion opening time, and I was surprised how dirty this place looked. White crumb like stuff on the floor and then seated at a dirty table. The hostess/waitress did get a towel and wiped down the table, but missed the gross stuff on my side, so I got a napkin and did it myself. Daughter got a mango lasse, which took forever to get....but it did arrive just as our meal came. I ordered the shrimp tikki korma (expensive for what it is). It came with super tiny shrimp (REALLY???) and some onion pieces in the broth as well as many seed/nut spices that needed to be spit out and it only had like 6-7 shrimp...and cost $18+ I also got mine medium spice, but it came out not at all spicy. Daughter got lamb korma (not spicy), and said it was pretty good. Wife got vegetable korma, and wanted it no spice, and hers came out spicy as hell. I tried it....so we gather they got my medium spice in her dish, and my dish was normal/no spice. After 15% tip it was $62ish - and about what we paid at Tanduri Fusion when dining there, but there we also go a nice soup and naan with the dishes for the cost as well as always left full and with leftovers - NOT HERE. Dish here came only ride and main dish. We all agreed, not to go back. I honestly cannot remember a bad experience at a place recently like this. Just incase the management will comment back on this, I'd like to say: sir/madam, we will not be back and cannot recommend this place at all. In closing, the decor was nice, and spacy, but it was VERY cold inside and VERY bright. Not a great atmosphere for dining, not good food, dirty, and expensive for what you get. Take this review to heart folks, and lets hope Tanduri Fusion re-opens...
Read moreMy wife and I recently ordered food from this place and had a mixed experience on one hand we were blown away by the incredible flavors and quality of their dish that truly stole the show was the Vegetable Kheema Biryani - it was love at first bite!
The combination of tender vegetables, aromatic spices, and fluffy basmati rice was absolute perfection. I was thoroughly impressed with the chef's skill in crafting such a delicious and complex dish.
However, I do have one disappointment to share: the Vegetable Kheema Biryani is only available on weekends! My wife and I are both huge fans of this dish, and we wish it was part of the regular weekday menu.
I understand that menu items can change, but I truly hope the restaurant considers making this dish a staple on their menu. We would love to enjoy it more often!
On the other hand, we were really excited to try their puri with chole curry but unfortunately, it was a let down for us. The puris were fried well, which resulted in hard and dry texture not only but to add each puri was dripping with excessive oil.
We were dissappointed with this dish, but decided to provide the feedback to the restaurent hoping they would take it constructively and to our surprise the owner took our feedback seriously and offered to remake the puri. We are impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to make things right. However, we still didn't like the output from the second attempt. It was still dry and...
Read moreHence, it was my birthday today my father treated me out to a dinner of my choice. Since it wouldn’t be just the two of us I’ve narrowed myself down to a few Indian restaurants where halal meat is served and everyone is looking forward to having authentic food. Out of the few restaurants I’ve came across on the net we have decided to go with Hyderabad House Biryani Place since it was highly recommend from a family friend. Among all who went it was everyone’s first time at this restaurant and for a very first time our experience and time wasn’t spent well. The food we had ordered was a huge let down chicken 65, chicken tikka, reshmi chicken was served uncooked. Chicken corn soup contained chunks of uncooked chicken and random bland spices. We had immediately asked for the manager as he had tried to reason with us stating that the restaurant was busy and that’s why it happened with us which was totally unprofessional. Uncooked meat is totally unhygienic and could cause serious health issues. We planned to leave the restaurant since it had ruined our appetites after paying the bill the manager made a statement “one day I will make good food for you” like we’ll ever want to eat at this restaurant again. After coming home my husband threw up since he had accidentally eaten uncooked chicken. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all we are our family and friends circle will boycott...
