Subway — Restaurant in Omaha

I’ve been to this location every now and then over the course of a couple years or so, and it feels like it hasn’t gotten better. Every time I go the food is usually messed up somehow. Today, my boyfriend and I ordered two foot longs and a cookie. He had to go back in and get the cookie, cause they forgot to put it in the bag, and the woman he interacted with wasn’t very friendly until she understood he just needed the cookie and then she was nice. We get back home, I asked for red vinegar and less onions on my sandwich, it has regular onions and no red vinegar. He asked for regular mayo, parmesan, oil and vinaigrette and oregano on his and they gave him less mayo and none of those other toppings. It’s just frankly disappointing and we aren’t trying to drive all the way back to the store to get our sandwiches fixed and thought things would’ve gotten better by now, so we didn’t think we’d need to check our sandwiches in the car cause they were fairly simple. Employee was very rude. I just walked out because of what a bad attitude the employee had. I used to work for subway for 6 years and never did I say the way this guy did. I walk in and yes there are 6 people in front of me and the employee goes "it's going to be a long wait because I'm literally the only one here." This may not sound horrible but he said it in such a rude tone to which I just ignored and continued to wait because I'm not blind I can see it's going to be a long wait but I didn't mind since I love subway. After the fact two more people come in after me not even 5 minutes later and I can hear the employee all the way from the back of the store say "oh my goddddd" like I get it you are dealing with an afternoon rush by yourself but I've done it and didn't act so rude so that guy can as well. My interaction at this particular subway was...off. the girl behind the counter clearly looked like she didn't want to be there. Now I totally get wanting to be anywhere but work but everytime a customer come in you could see her face change and even see her making visibile faces like frowning and eye rolling. It just made me feel like I was making her life harder by being there. The sandwich she made had all the meet stacked in one place that's including the bacon so it all didn't get toasted. Luckily the guy who put the toppings on adjusted it all. Later I got charged for the wrong, more expensive sandwich, but I didn't say anything. I just paid and left because I didn't want to keep bugging the girl behind the counter that clearly didn't want customersin that day. Would be 1 star but the guy who finished the sandwich was great.
