I was so excited that a wingstop location opened up near me! And it was a wonderful experience going there tonight. I'll be honest, that is not often a statement i would make when referring to wingstop. It seems a rule across cities, and states every wingstop I have visited seems dirty, and usually doesn't smell like a place I would want to eat. The food quality is usually impressive, the price is very reasonable, and the flavors/sauces for their chicken are delicious. So I eat wingstop regardless of the experience. However, this location! It is clean, smells great, was well staffed, and the staff were friendly, polite, and engaging. I hope that this quality stays consistent. I will be going here regularly to enjoy this excellent food and experience! I always order take out, but I can say I would be happy to eat at this location anytime.

Update: I have to update to express my disappointment that this location does not allow ordering Uber eats for pick up orders. I get monthly Uber eat credits and would love to spend it here, but I do not like using delivery services. I much prefer to order through wingstop website anyway, since Uber eats charges more per order but since I have the credits I'd love to be able to use them here. I understand that wingstop probably gets a reduced cut of the orders that are placed through Uber eats so I get it but still...

I visited this location on 6/14/24. Immediately upon walking inside the door I noticed a strong smell of natural gas. I informed the young lady working at the register of the smell and her reply was simply "okay" Which seemed to be very dismissive and that let me know that she was not concerned with her safety nor anyone else's in the building. She told me that my food would be ready in about 5 minutes. I informed her that I would stand right outside the door near the glass which faces the counter becauseof the smell. I stayed outside for about 5 minutes and watched her place a bag on the pickup counter which I later found out was mine. After waiting a few more minutes, I went inside and she retrieved the same bag I watched her put there over five minutes ago. I then asked her why she didn't wave at me because I was standing looking at the counter the entire time instead of allowing my food to sit there and get cold. A simple hand gesture would have been more than enough to advise me to step inside and grab my food. The restaurant wasnt even busy, only 1 customer besides myself was waiting. These type of people should never work in customer service. It was obvious that she did not want or care to be there. Horrible experience and I will not be returning to...
