Came in the other day with my 2 kids and husband for something to eat as we’re traveling across states for vacation. Came in, the food was amazing, best I’ve had yet. Husband was lucky I let him get away with complimenting the food lol. However, as we were eating l, we experienced the foulest smell coming from one of the staff, I think her name was Izzy? I have never in my life smelled something so foul and disgusting before. It seemed to be a mix of some sort of animal fences or urine? On top of that I couldn’t help but smell marijuana on her all the time. While I don’t care what people do in their free time, I do not want to come in and smell feces and urine and weed coming off of staff members like that. There is no excuse to not know what a bar of soap is. On top of it all I could clearly see her on her phone at all times! What kind of business do you run that allows that kind of filth into the building. Yall need to get your act together because there is no excuse for any staff to smell like that. On top of it all I damn near had an allergic reaction to the smell of weed. I cannot be around it without my throat closing up! How rude and disrespectful. Please for the love of God get this chick some damn soap and explain to her how unprofessional it is to come to work like that. I would give 5 stars but I cannot give 5 stars when the management cannot see beyond their noses that the smell of animal urine and feces and weed does not belong in a food environment. Please get control of this before I am forced to call the health department or corporate. There is absolutely zero excuse. Food was incredible but sad that that stench was that...

Update: Updating this review from 5 to 3, based on our second trip. An inconsistent experience for sure. You can read my original review below, but on our first trip, there was ample teriyaki sauce and even a couple little containers of it on the side so I could adjust my amount (I used all of it because it's delicious). On our second trip, we weren't sure what to expect so we even put a note on our in-app order to request additional sauce on the side. We get the food, and there was a little bit of teriyaki on the food and none on the side. For a place called "teriyaki madness" you'd expect a good amount of teriyaki. Instead we ended up having to use our own soy sauce at home to flavor most of the food. We might give it one more shot, but if the second experience had been our first, we would've never been back.

Original review below: Just tried this place for the first time and it was fantastic! We're big fans of teriyaki flavor and the teriyaki sauce was so good. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the rice was high-quality and very good. We will...

Today was my second attempt at this location. The first time the food was great but after placing my order on the app and going to pick it up , I still had to wait 30 minutes inside for them to make my order. Today I ordered online for a time that was 30 minutes earlier than I intended to pick it up means I was on a lunch break and had to drive aways to pick up. When I got there to pick it up, I was talked to like I was a Door Dasher picking up an order, and was told my order went with different dasher by mistake but that it was going to be delivered to correct person now. I quickly corrected her, to let her know I was the customer and I used their actual app to place my order. She offered to make my order but I couldn’t wait to remake. So I drove across town to give them another shot and left with no lunch and no time in lunch hour to pick up from anywhere else. Unfortunately, will definitely not...

Overall I'm pretty happy with the food. The chicken is tender and juicy and everything has good flavor. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl with mixed vegetables and an egg roll on the side. I LOVED the egg roll which is very surprising since I've never really liked egg rolls. My only complaint about the food is the veggies are really sad and overcooked, but at least they still taste great. There are also strange burnt sticks in with the veggies. I have no idea what they are, but I picked them out. I will definitely eat here again and hope I just got a bad batch of veggies. However, even if the veg is always droopy, everything else is so good I'd still come back.

First time trying this place and received raw chicken after waiting 20 minutes +. I counted 7-8 people in kitchen and they were only able to produce 3 orders. And there were many people waiting in the dining area. 10 minutes in to my wait, a guy named Jeff came in and had to drive all the way back from home because they forgot meat on two of the orders. I don’t know how long a business can sustain itself with so many employees yet produce so little. I really hope I don’t get food poisoning. At the very least I had hoped I was going to have fully cooked chicken after 20+ minutes. Good luck to whoever the owner is. I’m just calling it like I saw it.

I recently dined at Teriyaki Madness, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was not only delicious but also prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each dish was a true delight to the taste buds. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the establishment. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend Teriyaki Madness to anyone looking for delicious teriyaki cuisine served in a clean and professional environment.
