Horrible! My friend wanted to treat me for lunch I hadn't been There in years but remembered they had good food so I agreed. Well our service was horrible the waitress started off fairly sweet but it seemed she got too busy to attend to us throughout the time we spent there so possibly no fault of her own but because of this we ended up clearing our own table and putting the several empty plates and glasses on the table next to us. We sat with no service for 15 minutes after we were done eating . we saw another waitress whom we had to stop in order to tell our server to come back because we had an order we wanted to put in to go as well as a drink. So when our waitress came back and saw we had cleared our own table she picked everything up and put them back down on the opposite table on the other side of us and seemed a tad bit frstrated. Well we finally asked and received our bill or two to be exact because she didn't ask if we wanted to split the bill then walked off leaving us there for another 15 min when she came back we explained this gave her my friends card to take care of both..well she came back and charged us the wrong amount about 30 dollars LESS to be exact for things we never even ordered. So being the good Samaritan we are we wanted to make them aware of the discrepancy.. So Micheal Mendez the manager came. Seemed frustrated before he even came to the table so the energy he gave out was negative from the word hello what can I do for u. We explained what happened and explained the time we sat with no service then finally this and not once did he apologize. He walked away with our tickets shaking his head as if we caused an even greater problem by being honest. When he came back we told him we were trying to do the right thing by telling u because we could have easily left. And you didn't even apologize. He was extremely defensive and did not take responsibility for the actions that either one of them played. Instead went on and on about how he was going to recharge her card and refund the original charge in which case put another hold for more money on her card. I will never go there again. My friend is a regular and has decided that was our last visit. A shame such a great establishment but the management does not reflect...
Read moreThis was absolutely the worst time I have ever had there. There was n I wait to get a table. After that it just went wrong. We ordered appetizer. Which never came. My granddaughter and I shared the burrito. Which was one star. Then while we were waiting, and waiting for our meal. It was my daughters birthday meal. My granddaughter went and told them about her birthday. So they brought my daughter and granddaughter a little birthday cup. Which we paid for. They both liked it. And then we waited more. Finally our meals came. Ours was good, but the birthday girls was not. She got the stuffed cheese burger and fries. It was suppose to have grilled onions, didn't. Then they put mayo instead of their sauce on it. Then it was suppose to have lettuce, instead they gave her cabbage. The manager came over took the food back to the kitchen to have made right. We finished our meal and her food was still nit there. So we waited more, so we decided to get their banana cheesecake. Well we finished that and it still want there. Next thing we know the waitress brought use the ticket for the food. Well that was a mess to. They charged use for 4 drinks and the meals, and the birthday cups, and the cheesecake. Still without her meal. We call the waitress over and told her we we're still waiting for her food. Oh she said and told her the 2 drinks we had and the refills were free. She took it to the manager who took the refills off and her meal off and said the food would be there shortly. Another 15 min. Then we get her food and they didn't giver her her fries. We're done by then. We have never had such a bad birthday meal ever like this. Now you see way such a bad rating. 1 star for our meal and 1 for the birthday cups, that was paid for. Waitress was new not her fault. Bad Bad Bad. This is what we brought hone 2 1/2...
Read moreAh, Cheesecake factory. You used to be good years ago. I haven't been in over a year because the service was slow and food was awful. Went back tonight with a gift card, hoping they went back to their A+ game. Not so. The server was so nice but so slow. 2 hours nd 18 minutes. The last 30 were just waiting for our cheesecake slices to go (3) and our check. The 4 cheese pasta my daughter ordered was bland and tasted like a microwaved dinner. My Cajun pasta was bland, peppers weren't sautéed, and it was honestly so plain that it was not edible to my palette. My husband had the Flatbread pepperoni, and that too tasted frozen. I tried my friend's tex mex egg rolls. Bland. Blah. Tasted like corn and nothing else. They didn't put in our appetizer unril dinner was served so the bland quesidillas didn't arrive until our meal was almost done. I sure hope my Godiva cheesecake still tastes the same! Price is absolutely outlandish. Such crazy prices for what this food tastes like. It was such a disappointing food experience that I will never make again. The server being slow could be overlooked if the food was amazing, but that's just not the case here anymore. Our tab was $140 for 3 people, but that included 4 drinks. $20+ for all bland below mediocre entrées and almost $20 for bland appetizers. I haven't been to an Applebee's or Chili's in 20 years, but this is an overpriced one. Sad that they raised all the prices and then started sourcing low quality cheap ingredients. But David Overtons' worth is ONLY over 100 million.... This will be my final cheesecake experience. Maybe. It all depends if my Godiva cheesecake is the same!
