Wingstop — Restaurant in Omaha

I’ve been to this location many times and after last night I won’t be back, and my daughter who loves this place finally agreed with me too.

I came in during a busy time , which I understand may be frustrating for the workers but while I was ordering I guess I wasn’t ordering fast enough for the manager because she started clicking her nails on the counter while just starring at me , as she was rudely and subliminally telling me to hurry up - my daughter took note of that and was mad but we said nothing as we don’t believe in confrontation with those making our food.

She told us it would be a 30 minute wait in a very annoyed tone. We said it’s fine. My daughter got two sauce flavors , I got two dry rub flavor … 10 mins later our order comes out not only we’re our chicken COLD as if it had been sitting outdoors but my DRY RUB wings were sauced up and my daughter SAUCED wings were dry.

We didn’t even finish the food because of how cold and wrong they brought our order. You guys need to hire someone that knows how to lead her team and set the morale for the kitchen because this one obviously...

Very poor service!!! I could only do one order online had to go in and place another order in the store. Waited for more than 30 mins. Told them exactly want I wanted and I looked at my receipt and noticed they didn't ring up the order right so I had to let them know. I get home to notice my online order was wrong so I called and the guy claimed to be a manager which he wasn't. After me telling him I was emailing the corporate office he told me to do what I had to do that I was talking to much. So then when I said I want a refund he said come in and get your stuff you are doing to much. I told him to refund my online order I wasn't going back in there and he proceeded to tell someone else I wanted a refund and started laughing. Very unprofessional place. And the laugh being used was ridiculous while we waited for our order and the manager Jasmine didn't say anything about the laugh. There is more but enough said here. As corny as it sounds If I really could give zero stars I definitely would. I place an online order show up and they tell me it’s not ready so they make me wait half an hour and then give me an order with the name KRISTAL on it. I tell them that’s not my name I mentioned before that I was KAT and had my order number and everything and they said oh here’s your food it was actually sitting off to the side. They give me cold food that’s been sitting out for more then hour and the wrong food that mind you I took opened and saw it wasn’t mine over to kristal like that isn’t cross contamination and gross and had no regard. I ask for a refund because that’s a waste of time and unacceptable and some guy by the name Art assuming he’s the night manager?
