Burger King — Restaurant in Onalaska

Went in and there were 3 ppl in the front counter. 1 came to wait on 2 groups of people. Then after a about 5 minutes someone else came to wait on us. The restaurant was not even busy. The drive thru. Didn't have anyone and there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant eating already. So it isn't like they were too busy to clean it up. As we waited my husband who is on crutches and is handicapped, almost fell. The floors were so bad. There were filthy. You could actually see footprints on the floor as they were so dirty and sticky. It was disgusting. The ppl cooking the food were horsing around in the back while making our food. Unsure if I will ever eat there again. The only thing that was hot was the fries. One of the main reasons I stop is the fries. I was disappointed by the service and the lack of cleanliness of that store..... Will be getting ahold of cooperation...

Never opened on time, closed always early. This is a normal occurrence for the onalsaka bk. never full staffed like they should be. Order always incorrect, don't come to this bk unless you wanna waste your time or get the wrong ordered. If you guys open at 7 a.m and only have 1 person working that person should come to work 30 minutes early to get everything running, not come in at 7 a.m and expect everyone who rolls in after to sit and wait at the drive through window with no response for 5 minutes to be told that they are the only one working and to wait another 10 minutes till food operating equipment is ready.. can't imagine how long my ordered would have taken to be finished with 1 person working on top of other people's ordered coming...

I used to work for Burger King the employees are ridiculous they can't do anything right half of the time they get your order messed up the food's never hot unless you get it right off the grill which I recommend to order a whopper or Whopper jr. Freshly made from the grill and have it made fresh is the best way you could possibly get it with no cheese because they can't even melt the cheese it's ridiculous for the money you pay you should be able to get a decent burger that's at least hot all the trimmings are cold on your hot burger and it makes no sense it just ruins the whole Burger I used to make my own when I work there and I wish I could sell mine the way I made them because I think I made a burger way better than...
