Arrived at 6 pm on a Wednesday. I figured it would be a good hour to get fresh food on the buffet. I was wrong. Most things were full, overfull actually, but old, cold. The hot and sour soup had an odd flavor, only hot and sour soup I thought was too awful to eat. They replaced a few things while I was there, like coconut shrimp, green beans, honey chicken, but none of those items tasted like all the other places. The beans were in a thin, almost clear sauce, very little flavor. The coconut shrimp, my fav, didn't taste good even fresh, and the honey chicken was also the worst I had. I love Chinese buffets. I am newer to the area. I will have to keep looking for a place. Oh, the waitress couldn't understand me ask if the drink was included in the price, or if it had refills. Chinese waitstaff at buffets usually are able to understand the basic questions, like how much? Fyi, in May of 2023, the cost for two adult buffets and two diet dew was $34. The pop was refilled at no additional cost. I think this is really the least desirable buffet I have been too, and that's not a very high bar.
When I paid, the guy didn't ask if it was ok or anything, so I volunteered that everything was old, cold. He shrugged an said, not many people, sorry. Just a thought. When it's slow, put out a SMALL pan of food, not full to sit there uneaten. Fyi, when a cook brought out a new pan of beef and broccoli, he replaced the old pan that def needed retirement, but fished the beef out of the old, cold pan and plopped it on...

There is a FALSE rumor going around Facebook posted by a woman named Crystal.
THEY DO NOT SPIT IN YOUR DRINK NOR DO THEY WRING DISHWATER INTO YOUR POP.
Oh..and God FORBID you should EVER receive a dish or cup with SOME SORT of food particulate on it in a restaurant environment or that your kid contract strep throat (it’s going around schools, Walmarts, the mall and yes even public places like resturants...).
I’ve been going here with my family since I was eight years old, we know the owner very well and know the staff as we go here quite often still to this day.
It’s a standard buffet with a decent selection of food (if only people could stop smashing the little pink/chocolate cakes...) for a good price.
China Inn, Super Buffet and China Max are the only three ‘fast’ Chinese places we go to in this area. China Star is amazing delivery but the others are a little eah in...
