I’ll admit I was a little biased going in—my son’s name is Archie, so I had to give this place a try. The experience was a mix of hits and misses.

Food: The burger itself was decent, but nothing that stood out from your average burger joint. I was a bit confused by the menu—the difference between the “Single Classic” and the “Hamburger” wasn’t clear. The cashier told me both included lettuce, but when my order arrived, the hamburger had lettuce, tomato, and onion, while the single didn’t. In the end, I went with the hamburger and made it a combo. That said, the fries were surprisingly good—crispy, hot, and very reminiscent of In-N-Out’s style. They were probably the highlight of the meal. Food came out quickly, which was a plus.

Atmosphere: The real strength of this place is the vibe. The décor is fun and interesting, and it seems like a great spot to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. Even though the food didn’t blow me away, I could see myself coming back just to hang out and soak in the environment.

Food was great ! Thanks to the cooks like always. But the service today received in drive thru with Leo was horrible. Very rude, duper sarcastic non profesional from the moment he tried and welcoming you thru speaker all the way to taking payment very rude individual. After giving payment and receiving food. Rudely hands me food no eye contact and says “by have a good day” while I still wait for my card and the creamer and sugar I asked before handing card to pay. He then throws it into my bag. SMH very rude individual.

I am a true customer service individual I thrive for customer service and pay extra based of off customer service provided but today this kid has put me down. I even stated to him before driving away to smile , enlighten himself and provide better customer service and clearly did not care and said call me manager Julio and waved him hand past his neck and did a 180 spin walking away.

Therefor this review is for management team to speak to this individual personally and sharpen his customer service or terminate cause this guy will lose long...

The food is good here but it's very unfortunate that the service is not so good. I had an issue with a woman who called herself a manager named Michelle who didn't even know anything about the specials and I had to walk outside to look at the window. Ashley continue to be rude to me, on my birthday, I proceeded to spend $25 there and was not even able to eat it because I was so disgusted with how she came back to my table and made it a point to be completely rude to me and throw down a number for the manager she calls leo. I did not ask to speak to her as I spoke with someone else and she made it a point to disrespect me at my table in front of my daughter. I could tell that she's allowed to do that so I never even called Leo judging from her horrible attitude. I would expect a little bit more when I pay that much for food and previously I never had a problem there but I will never ever return.
