I was left waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, with no other cars in sight. I didn't mind because I was hoping the food was going to be recently made. To my disappointment the burger bun was burnt the fries were old and soggy and they forgot my drink. I dont have high expectations for fast food but if you are going to have me wait 15 minutes and your lobby is empty and I am the only car then well that says it all.

I keep trying to give this place a chance, I have come during rushes, when it's slow and when I'm the only car in sight...
And everytime they manage to get my order wrong, sadly I have gotten into the habit of checking the order in the parking lot BECAUSE EVERY SINGLE TIME IT IS WRONG.
I can understand once in a while , during a rush. But today (9/5/20) I was the only car ,no one in front of me... And no cars since I been sitting in the lot waiting for my order to be corrected.
I wonder ? Are they trained correctly? Do they need better management?
Ha ..in the middle of the review they gave me my "corrected" order.. and it was still wrong. To clarify I'm not being difficult it was just a simple mama meal.. nothing added. Just a SIMPLE meal.. off the menu no additions - nothing changed.... I got a plain burger

Read moreTonight, manager Sylvia E gave me horrible customer service. At the drive-through window, when she handed me a drink carrier, she it gave to me completely flat, leaving me to have to put it together myself. Since I ordered a lot of food, I asked the Server that handed my food to me for a large bag, and they told me the location was out of large bags. When I got home, I had to make two trips to the car, and I live four stories up. When I called to inquire as to the reason the location cannot keep large bags in stock, manager Sylvia E answered the phone, and responded to the situation by acting like she could not have cared less about what happened. Within a couple of minutes of ending the call with her, I called back about something else, and it appeared she refused to answer the call, which is extremely unprofessional behavior, especially since she a manager. In addition, I had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive-through to receive my order, and there was only two vehicles in front of me. I would highly recommend avoiding this location, and possibly Baker's Drive-Thru period, if this is how their managers...
Read moreMakes me sad as I used to adore this location. So much so ghat I used to eat here everyday for lunch pre-covid. But the location suffers GREATLY when the store manager Maria is not in. If she is in the building, the employees are usually on their best behavior, and the service is okay. They are always pretty slow with this Bakers. But I'll give them credit as the food is always fresh usually. So you can't have fresh food and too fast. You have to choose one. However if she is not in the building, quality takes a dip, customer service takes a huge drop, and their speed or effectiveness, becomes terrible... the Fantastic manager, comes across as probably just a fantastic person as well. She just really needs to surround her stuff with a better assistant manager, band shift manager staff. Maybe the assistant manager is really good, and all the staff or shift managers are the problem.
