If you're a fan of rich, flavorful, and authentic birria, then look no further! From the moment I stepped into this restaurant, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the tone for what would be an unforgettable dining experience.

The birria itself is nothing short of perfection. The meat is incredibly tender, falling apart effortlessly, and infused with deep, savory flavors from a perfectly balanced blend of spices. The broth, a rich and aromatic consommé, is the ideal complement, with just the right amount of heat and depth. Every bite is a burst of flavor, and the meat is cooked to absolute perfection.

The tacos are served fresh with a crispy exterior, and dipping them into the consommé makes for a deliciously indulgent experience. I also highly recommend their birria ramen – an innovative twist that’s packed with flavor and a treat for anyone looking for something different but equally satisfying.

Food and service is great ALTHOUGH the plates are flimsy and suck because when you pick something off the tray it sucks and your food will definitely fall another note I HIGHLY disliked were the tables the MINUTE you set your food on top, one side is completely unstable and your lucky enough if your table barely wobbles where you will have small minor spills and such, their Agua Frescas are absolutely FIRE!! they are insanely good BUT none of the Aguas are made cold, they aren't sitting on Ice either, so if you like your agua fresca room temperature with ICE on the side by all means go for it, all the drinks in this facility are room temperature, if you think that JUST because the can and or bottle FEELS COLD it WON'T taste cold. Disappointed! First of all the birreria was a bit salty. So I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about. This is not true Tijuana style birreria. 1st place I’ve seen that has pieces of the chili skin in the meat. If there trying to make a profit, there putting way too much meat in the tacos. And another thing, how do you run out of consome? That’s a big No No with birreria tacos. And the salsa, seems like they added tomato paste to it or something.
