The negative nature of this review is more for the customer service after they close the lobby. The sign says Lobby is open until 11 p.m. I arrived at 10:20 p.m. Had to get back in my car and drive around to the window. After placing the order the food came and it's typical rapid fashion, however, I hadn't realized until I sat down at the outside tables that I needed a packet of salt. My options were to get back in my car and drive completely around to the window again and ask for salt, walk up to the window which is usually prohibited in most restaurant chains and ask for salt or knock on the door from the staff member who gave me the food at the drive-up window and ask for salt. Fortunately a bread vendor who had arrived maybe 10 minutes earlier was able to get her attention first. I don't want to fault with the staff, I'm sure they're doing their best but had I known the lobby would have been closed I never would have gotten out of my vehicle here as I've been on the road all day and I needed a place to sit down and and unwind for 20 minutes or so. They need to update their sign and as far as customer service goes give ketchup and salt to those who drive up. Never going back to this location. We live close so we decided to go there. We had to wait 15-20 mins to even place an order in the drive thru and couldn't turn around to leave cause cars were behind us. Once we ordered and pulled up to pay they asked us to wait in front for them to bring our food out which took another 10 mins and I had to get out of my car to go inside and ask what's taking so long. That's when I was told it would be a a few more seconds and they said that they put alil extra of onion rings in our bag which wasnt much difference from a regular order. I think they had 2 people working on a Saturday night but that's no excuse for how long it took. I wouldn't recommend this...
