The driver who delivered our pizza was very rude and difficult to deal with. He called stating he couldn't find our location. I advised him he was just a street over and gave him detailed directions to get to the house from where he was. He was adamant that the street did not exist and he questioned, "I'm just going to be driving around?" So I offered a solution, since he didn't seem to care if we got our pizza or not, and I advised him then that we would just drive to him if he wasn't willing to follow my directions. I asked him what car he was driving and he did not want to disclose the information and just said "blue", so I told him what vehicle we were in. He was literally about three houses down when we got to him. Then he accused my cousin of pointing at him when my cousin was merely asking if he was the pizza guy, then pointed to his house down the street. The driver had a very poor attitude and was lacking customer service and problem solving skills. It was quite disappointing because we had a great experience ordering the pizza with Josh and when we called again to notify management of the incident with Jeremy. I was advised that the driver was a Sr. driver named O'Neil. I definitely would expect better treatment from someone who was a less experienced driver. So when the tracker still hadnāt moved passed prepped at 11:00 pm, I called back and was told it would be another 30 minutes. So now we are at 2 hours of waiting. So I wait another hour before calling again. Iām told the food is on its way but according to the tracker it has been idle for 30 minutes. It took the driver 45 to make a 12 minute drive. On top of that my food was cold AND I was missing 2 items.
