I decided to try Einstein Bros for the first time as I have travelled internationally and am unfamiliar with the menu. Rosalie was lovely taking my order and accommodating me however the lady in the red shirt (Michon, I believe her name was) was extremely rude. I had waited on my order for no less than 30 minutes before I had gone up to the counter to ask about my order. they had missed my order because of some technical issue which was understandable however she had spoken to me as if I was stupid and repeated the same line 3 times. as someone unfamiliar with the menu I had agreed with what she had asked just for the sake of getting her to stop being condescending towards me. she then prepared part of my order without allowing me to finish what it was that I was saying and after I had received half my order I then let her know that I was missing a hash brown. and she spoke to me as if I wasn't there and referred to me to her coworker saying "well why didn't she tell me" twice as if I was in the wrong. the coworker responded "yeah get her" as if to egg her on. I assumed that they would know my order because midway she did find the receipt and acknowledged that there had been a mishap with the register, something that I was understanding of. throughout this whole interaction I didn't get a sorry or a thank you or anything- just huffs and sighs as if I was inconveniencing them. all in all worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life and will never return. I'm not sure if she's had a bad morning or week but it is unfair to take it out on me. I voiced it to the manager to ensure that it doesn't happen in future with any other customers but seeing how comfortable she is being that rude to people, I'm sure there won't be any repercussions for her and she will continue to do...

Am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the drinks here at the Einstein at the Ontario Airport. First of all, I came in with a great attitude into the store excited to get my drink, when I came up to register I stumbled upon an upset looking employee who did not even bother to greet me. I said hi and she did not even respond back and just gave me an unwelcoming look, so I shrugged it off and asked her if they had any soy milk and she said “yea its on the menu” in a very rude tone. Even if it is on the menu, as an employee you should always answer a customers questions without an attitude. I ordered an iced latte with vanilla. Was not asked if I wanted the receipt nor given one after I paid because she left the register as soon as I swiped my card. I saw her making my drink and she looked as if she did not know what she was doing. The pump of the syrup was not working so instead of fixing the pump she decided to free hand the pour of the syrup. When she finished she said “theres your drink” and I said thank you. Never once was I rude to her and I expect Einstein to have good customer service since I have been to plenty others with great customer service. As a barista myself, I always answer customer questions kindly and try to be helpful with any questions they may have. I went in on March 29, 2019 at around 8pm and It was a younger hispanic women. Customer service training needs to be given to this young lady along with training on how to make drinks. Emphasis on training on how to...

Doesn’t give military discounts and doesn’t recognize or give reward points for the Einstein App. Owner seems cheap considering a ton of money is made here. I travel almost every week out of ONT and do not visit this location anymore.

UPDATE: So they replied to my email and want me to send them my details. I would rather spend time updating the review then to tell them what I already told them. They said something of the rewards points but nothing about the discount. I get it, as it’s not always offered but every other location I have visited offers and if you don’t, you don’t. But when I asked, the person at the register said “Owner is cheap and doesn’t offer rewards or discounts”. I didn’t make that up based on my observation. I shouldn’t have to provide details as you should have honored the company’s rewards app from the start. This builds loyalty in my book and ensures that I visit your business...

My father and I ordered breakfast sandwiches at the Ontario Airport location a few weeks ago. Service was slow but not awful. Workers not friendly but not awful. That stuff definitely needs improvement but didn't bother us that much. What got us was the so-called "egg" on the sandwiches. The only way I can think to describe it is powdered egg mixed with gelatin to form this weird, flavorless, odd textured thing. It was horrible! There is no reason they should be serving this Jello jiggler of an egg. We both removed the "egg" from our sandwiches and ate only the meat and cheese and only because we were hungry. Really disgusting and disappointing, especially for the price; we expected fresh eggs. My husband got his sandwich across the hall at Dunkin who served real, fresh eggs. Should have gone there.

The service and quality of food is exactly what you would expect from an unmanned toaster at a gas station. I stood at the automated kiosk for 8 or 9 min before I was even acknowledged, then when I finished waiting on myself my food was not what I expected. I ordered a PB and j bagel. I got a plain bagel and a condiment pack of jelly and peanut butter. I really didn't pay 12 dollars for a bagel and a drink to assemble it myself. Sad. To what I can only assume is the automated reply I got - the details including location and picture are in this review. 4 people behind the counter 0 speaking to the customers, also eating chips and not washing hands before handling food. Is there a way to put less than 1 star?

This is my favorite breakfast stop whenever I’m flying out of Ontario Airport. The lines can be long, but since I usually travel early in the morning and have plenty of time before boarding, I don’t mind waiting for one of their delicious jalapeño cheese bagels. The coffee is always excellent, and the service is friendly despite how busy it gets. The place is well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciate. I love coming here!
