Juanita's III — Restaurant in Ontario

this place used to be one of my favorite restaurants until the manager lied to me and told me that they would refund me but right now they were too busy so if I can come back later in the week. It was $40. $40 of food that was put on my card but it was for a Postmates order and they knew that but instead of addressing it that day they told me to come back. The place ended up stealing my money and acted like they never said anything about it and they hung up on me anytime I called and wanted to talk to them very politely. So I want to respectively leave this review for you because that's not how you conduct business. You stole my money and I wasn't given any food. I want to make it clear I paid twice for an order. The first time I paid was on my personal card. Then I paid on the Postmates card hoping that you would refund my personal card and they acknowledged it and the workers there acknowledged it the kitchen staff acknowledged it. I just want to make that clear to everybody reading this I was going here for over 20 years. Hurts...it was my favorite restaurant. I even remember Ray who used to always serve me here, and we used to talk and I used to look out for this business, and keep a lookout for them against any vandalizers. Never again will I go to this location. So in the end I paid them $80 for a $40 food order. #badbusiness #keepit #writeofflossasdonation #theftistheft

Weird I'm reading this review, I really felt like eating at the Rancho Cucamonga location today and I wouldn't do it just because how the Ontario location offended. It took everything in me to not go...

I've came to Juanita's since before they opened this location. I used to go to the one on Indian Hill Ave, in Pomona. This location I started going to many many years ago when they opened. I hadn't been here in a while and prior when the owner and their son ran this one the food was awesome. It has now changed and it sucks, plus the prices have tripled. I ordered a red pork and cheese burrito, and sides of rice and beans, shredded beef tacos, taquitos. My burrito lacked flavor, the pork in spots was old and dry the sauce wasn't half as good as it used to be. The flour tortillas were old and mine was split, to where I had to use a plate to even try to eat it. Taquitos were dry and greasy. The taco's weren't wrapped right and fell out of their wrapper and were very greasy. So disappointed on how they've changed after all these years. I won't be back. yucky food.... Been wanting to go back but last time cost me almost 80$ .I see everyone’s not trying to pay the increase for minimum wage .I will continue to go to king taco when I feel like getting the same food for half the price .Juanita’s you need to get them kids fired that are causing the increase or get the prices back to normal .even before Covid they added a meat price hike.
