La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Ontario

I had a terrible experience here today. This was my first time entering one of these locations and I was excited to try something new since I'm not Mexican. The lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. She kept rolling her eyes when I asked questions. I decided on a mangonada and she proceeded to adding pepino and other things that looked like vegetables like a root, so I asked if there could be any fruit in it. She rudely answer NO and walked away from us, told her I don't know how this works or what it goes into it I never had it. She stood looking at me and put my order to the side. She was not going to service us , we were not rude, nor asked too many questions she was just annoyed we asked anything at all. Her attitude was horrible!!!

It is bad to see other reviews about bad customer service yet they haven't...

So we donated blood in the beginning of the year, the first thing they told us was drink plenty of fluids and don't skip meals. Score!! Ice Cream shop right across from the donation center I told my sister let's go lol. Cause you know once ice cream melts it does turn into a liquid right? Eating fruit is a small meal, so there you go two for two!! I love me some mangos man, so of course I got the Mangonada. That cup is full of deliciousness, mango sherbet, chamoy, tamarindo pieces, mango pieces man I'm drooling now for another one. My was tasting different ice cream flavors & ended up getting a Chamoyada de Sandia. Basically the same thing I got only is was of watermelon, it very good too. We ended up getting a Pistachio Ice Cream home for our other sister just so she wouldn't feel left out lol. We will definitely...

Everything here is SO good! This location has the best snacks and ice cream, but my absolute favorite is the mangonada y con todo lo que lleva 😋. The flavors are always fresh, the portions are generous, and you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they make. The staff is super friendly too, which makes every visit even better.
