These apartments are horrible I just moved in earlier this month and the experience itself has been horrible. Lets start with the leasing office they were really nice to us when we toured the apartments and they made the apartments look the best especially the amenities. Well now that me and my girlfriend are on the contract and we’re all settled in they don’t treat us with respect they’re so rude. We recently noticed that our island table shifts back and forth and the baseboards are coming apart. This place was made with no effort. Then when it rains my porch gets flooded because the drain doesn’t work and we’ve made several reports to leasing office about our problems and nothing has been done. We have put in 3 requests and nothing is getting done about it. Then when it rains we also get an infestation of worms everywhere like it’s really really nasty. I live on the fourth floor and there’s a lot of worms everywhere on the walls and floor it’s disgusting. Then when you go on the second floor they’re everywhere THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! I love to workout and i recently went to the gym and there were a lot of worms on the floor this place is super dirty. Like about a week ago i threw a birthday party for my son and i ended up getting kicked out from one of the lounges because apparently we have to put a deposit of 800 dollars which is insane because they never mentioned that when we were on the tour and so i had to clean up mid party and go home. I just don't find it fair how they do this and we have to pay almost $3,000 for an apartment of 1 bed and 1 bath. Then I can’t have anything outside in my porch because its against the rules and because they want it looking clean its ridiculous here. Then in every elevator all you smell is dog pee or poo its disgusting even under the staircases. I even tried talking to the leasing manager Rocio and nothing was done about it and every time i try to make a complaint to her she’s never in office or she’s busy its ridiculous. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
Im coming back on here to edit my review but lately Ive been noticing a lot of things coming from the security crew. I’ve lived here with my wife for almost a year and there’s been a few inconveniences. I want to start off by saying that the apartments has a very bad security crew you either have them messing around with the golf cart almost running into people or them just laughing and not doing what they are supposed to do. It’s starting to get very very irritating when you pay soo much money to live somewhere and you get that type of security at your place. These apartments need a new security crew. Lately they have been giving my wife a warning sticker on her window and it is SUPER hard to take it off and I already spoke to one of the security guards about it and they seem like they don’t care. I even spoke to I guess you can say there manager and he seemed like he doesn’t know what he’s doing its ridiculous. Then people be on the amenities after hours and playing really loud music and talking all loud and the last two times that I've told security they come up and kick them out i just don’t understand why i have to tell them or why they don't do it before 10:00 pm. Ive talked to Darren or Darion the leasing manager as well and nothing gets done about it. It sucks that I cant be happy or satisfied where i live at. I’m looking forward to moving out pretty soon I cant stand the security guards and management anymore. Read moreHi I just want to come on here to speak about how terrible my experience is going while living here with my girlfriend. My girlfriend is the one on the contract by the way. I first want to start off by saying that the property is very beautiful, like they have beautiful lounges and amenities but one thing that i just found out from one of my neighbors is that we have to pay in order to use them. I thought that the amenities were available whenever since we pay so much rent here. I can honestly say that the property is nice but it’s for-sure not worth living here at all. I pay 3300 for two rooms and 1 parking space for me and my girlfriend to live in a hostile environment is for-sure not the move at all. Once its 10:00 pm nobody can be outside the security crew will be on you about leaving the lounges and amenities its ridiculous. Then leasing management sucks, the leasing manager Rocio is very unprofessional I have so many complaints about my upstair neighbors and every time i go shes busy. Last time i even waited to speak with Darren and i couldn’t because they set all residents to the side and do whatever else is important to them. This place is not worth renting at. Then you have that one maintenance guy with the long white hair he always has it in a bun, he always has attitude when we ask him a question about something like what type of maintenance crew is this. Me and my girlfriend will for sure be looking somewhere else.
I also want to bring up my inconvenience with the security crew. Im not exactly sure whats going on with them or why they have different securities every week but this property needs to get rid of most of them. They recently brought in some new people and they for-sure don't know how to do their job at all. About four days ago i had a complaint because someone was parked in our parking space and so I went to the little office the security sit at in the morning and I spoke to this lady with red hair I'm guessing shes new because i have never seen her before but shes super rude and doesn't even know what shes doing. This is not the first time that this happens so I thought that she would put a warning sticker on it or call the towing company but she didn't do neither of those things instead she just said that she couldn’t do anything about it, like how are you security and you can do anything about it? I really do miss the old security crew they were really good at doing their job I wonder why they keep changing up security’s? I also noticed that the security with red hair looks very unprofessional like she has nothing to show that shes part of security. Any ways theres also a security that has very short hair and he wears fake diamond teeth and he just super unprofessional, he saggs and wears loose shirts and speaks very unprofessional. Now I wont say that all of the securities are bad its just those two that really don’t know how to do their job. Ive ran across a few of them that were very helpful. Like I'm not too sure what happened to this security but he was very good with the noise complaints or any concerns or questions we had he answered them to the best of his ability and for the past week my girlfriend and I haven't seen him at all not to sure what could’ve happened to him but he for sure set an example of what a security guard is and what the job consists of. But any ways i just hope that these apartments improve before they lose most of their residents. Read moreThe residents office here is very unprofessional. We have been trying to move into a bigger unit here and have been stuck in the application process for over a month. My fiance's license expired right around the time we applied for a new unit. The system kept automatically rejecting his info because of it so I called the resident office to ask for support. Whenever I'd call to ask, I was told by Cookie that she'd talk to her supervisor and call me back. She never called back. No one called back. It was always me calling over and over and being told the same run around. We didn't get any real assistance until we were literally 8 days from our existing lease expiring and we were invited to the office to discuss. At this point, my fiance had been sending his renewed license info into the system and via email but getting zero response. At the office, it was clear they were opening our file for the first time and finding out that their system was broken with RentCafe and the Two Dots system not talking to each other properly. Once that cleared up, we're told we will need to pay 2x the rent as deposit due to "corporate policy" on credit scores. That's almost 6k. That's fine, we'll follow policy but you are literally telling us this the week our current lease runs out. We'd been trying for an ENTIRE month to get in touch with someone who'd answer our questions but instead got run around after run around until we were literally up against a rock and a hard place. And now they have the 2x deposit and everything but we have no lease, and we're still getting answers of "the manager isn't in right now". This is beyond reasonable level of patience and understanding. Their entire resident office staff feels like they have no experience working in rental property management. How is it so difficult to manage rental applications and return your tenants calls in a timely manner and answer their questions professionally? Like that's your whole job?
This is a brand new property and they still have many units to fill. You'd think they wouldn't want negative reviews and experiences tarnishing the property name but it seems like no one apart from the maintenance staff takes their job seriously. I had recommended Vineyards to my friend and her boyfriend. They even toured the place and were looking to rent out the Malbec unit, same one that me and my fiance are trying to rent. But seeing me go through this frustrating experience, she's having second thoughts.
To the social media team responding to these reviews - Please don't give me some copy paste response of "getting in touch with the office to discuss and clear up the matter". That's EXACTLY what we've been trying to do but no one is ever available during office hours to talk. Where is the professionalism?
