My two daughters and I went into Target yesterday 10/08/2024. We were there to buy my youngest a present for her 8th birthday. The store is beautiful, clean and quiet and I told my girls that this would be our new store moving forward. Until we went to the electronics aisle to get my daughter her video game. I could not locate a staff member, so I asked a staff member in another section if he wouldn't mind calling someone over so that we could get some assistance. The young man said he would, and I returned to the aisle to wait. After five minutes, I went back to find the young man and asked him if he had called someone for us and he said yes, so I returned to the aisle to wait. Another five minutes went by without anyone coming to assist us and we had to leave as my daughters had orthodontist appointments. As we were exiting, I stopped at a cash register and asked a young lady if they had a manager on duty. She said yes and asked if she could help. I explained the situation to her, and then again to her coworker, whom she asked who the MOD is. I asked that they let their manager know, because waiting ten minutes without assistance is a bit excessive and now we had to leave without my daughter's birthday gift. The coworker who came up to assist the female cashier was named Reuben, and he is the only reason that we had a good experience at this store. He not only agreed that we shouldn't have waited that long, but he offered to give us 15% off on my daughters game if we wanted to come back after her appointment. We returned about an hour later and Reuben was not only true to his word, but he took us personally to the electronics aisle and went in search of the employee who was supposed to be covering that section (he couldn't find him either, physically or on walkie). As that worker was nowhere to be found, Reuben went to get keys, retrieved my daughter's game for her, AND rang us up. He is the reason we will return to this store. He alone turned our experience around and if he is not already, he should absolutely be promoted to lead. He exemplifies Targets mission statement, "to help all families discover the joy of everyday life". Just ask...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI bought a LG OLED C3 Tv for about $1,600 and when I got the T.V. home I opened it up to find an old used TV with no remote, no stand, no cords, nothing. I immediately called the Target, but it was right as they were closing. So, I took the TV to return it the next day and explained what was going on. They didn't even look at the TV and told me that they couldn't take it back and that it was impossible that the story I was telling them is true. I was on the phone with corporate for a few hours, although they were much more pleasant to deal with, they weren't really any help as it was up to the stores discretion to take the return. Luckily, I bought the TV on my AMEX card and they will be taking care of it from here. I also contacted the Ontario police department, and they could not make a police report because it was a civil issue. So tomorrow I will be contacting the court to peruse legal action so that I can hopefully help someone avoid this type of mess...

They looked at me for a few seconds before they answered, and said yeah, and then I sat at the counter while they continue to make drinks and about doing their business there were two girls, and the other one took stuff to the back came back to the front Take stuff back to the back they came back to the front then what would I like? I stated a medicine, large and a hot coffee and they said well we donāt have no iced coffee and we donāt have no hot coffee at this time which doesnāt make any sense because majority of Starbucks that I go to. It takes like a few minutes literally a few minutes to make it and Iāve always gotten hot coffee, itās so weird how this younger generation disregards their employment and the customer service that used to be given to people if itās an inconvenience for them they have attitude it should...
