DO NOT STAY HERE! So where do I start. The only thing good about this place was the girl who worked the very 1st night we stayed. She knew what she was doing and was kind and courteous. However after checking in that's when the trouble began. After a couple hours the girl was off and some guy with a disheveled look, hair messy and shirt untucked, was at the counter. 1 of the 3 rooms we rented was entered about 3 hours after check in. It was not cleaned. I've never been to a motel/hotel where this was the case. Now this could have just been a mistake and certainly forgivable however when our family members went to the front desk to explain that they had just showed up and the room was not cleaned, the guy literally shrugged his arms as if that was normal. After trying to explain that they JUST showed up and the room was dirty he was unhelpful. It took reaching for a phone as if they were gonna call someone that he finally gave in and said I'll get you another room. Next morning my brother bought a room on Expedia and paid for it for another night. He went to the front desk to the same guy and asked if it would be possible to stay in the same room. Then another fiasco ensued. This guy was so incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional and flat out rude. I have no idea how this guy even made it to a front desk. He fought with my brother about not having a reservation even after trying to show the guy the booking number in the email from Expedia. My brother tried to call Expedia to resolve some sort of payment issue that the guy said didn't go through and they finally cancelled the reservation, rebooked and told him to tell the guy that he could pay them directly. After leaving and presenting this information this information to the front desk later (new guy that was bald. He was as helpful as he could be) turns out the last guy cancelled the reservation without consent. Finally after being there for 4 days on day 2 I had to ask the help for towels. During our entire visit they NEVER ONCE serviced our room. No new towels. No new trashes. Nothing. It was crazy to me. This place was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel/motel. Read moreBad service. I made a reservation from Friday to Monday. I talked to the Brianca about checking out early on Saturday morning (only stay for one night) and she said she couldn’t do it because I did the reservation thru Booking and I need it to contact Booking and Booking is the one who make the changes, that she couldn’t do it. I contacted Booking on the spot (Saturday) and booking says they need to contact the hotel, booking called the hotel and was told that they need to wait for the manager that comes in on Sunday from 9-12. I called the hotel on Sunday to make sure the manager is there before Booking calls them again, they said the manager only comes from Monday to Friday. I called again today (Monday) and Brianca answered, I asked for the manager and she said she is the manager, then I called Booking and Booking called the hotel and was told that the manager wasn’t there (after she told me she was the manager) I told Booking that the manager was in there and they put me on hold again and called the hotel again, and apparently they talked to manager and Booking was told that hotel is not going to reimbursed or accept the changes because they told me already they couldn’t do it (LIE, they never told me that, I was told to contact Booking) and also that it was the last day already and they couldn’t rent the room to someone else and also to not call again about my reservation. AFTER THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO CALLED BOOKING AND BOOKING WAS THE ONE WHO DO THE CHANGES ON SATURDAY. I CHECKED OUT ON SATURDAY. They just didn’t wanted to do the reimbursement!! I FOLLOW THE STEP THAT FRONT DESK TOLD ME TO and now y’all don’t want to give me my money back. THEY CHARGE FOR NIGHTS I DID NOT STAY THERE. HORRIBLE PLACE, TRASH SERVICE! Read moreDO NOT STAY HERE. Our friends stayed here for beyond wonderland only to come back to their room broken into as well as the people next to them had their stuff stolen. Our friends had their luggage’s, purses, and a laptop stolen the hotel room was locked and it is a card entry. Our friends are well responsible and also very aware of their surroundings, whenever they checked in for the first day they noticed a group of people smoking weed outside their rooms watching all of the new people check into their rooms that evening and chattering about everyone as if they were planning something our friends immediately got a weird feeling so they always double checked if the room was locked before leaving they noticed that the group was always smoking weed outside and just staring at everyone coming in and out like our friends noticed them outside after leaving for breakfast, leaving for lunch , and than leaving for the event. We are pretty sure it was them because finding everything broken into they were not found outside. Ramada hotel claims they group of these possible suspects have stayed at the hotel before and they stayed in the room that our friends had and never turned in their keys and the card system was never changed “this is so irresponsible and dangerous for a hotel not to do” so our friends room was broken into with a card key . What if on of our friends girlfriend was still in the room sleeping and they broke in this I so dangerous and scary I’m glad our friends are safe but they are also stranded without clothes and their personal belongings :( and the hotel doesn’t want to provide any reimbursement even though they claimed it was their fault for not claiming the cards for r resetting the card system...
