I ordered 2 of the 2 sausauge egg mcmuffin deal and a coffee. When they gave me my order it was only 1 order of the 2 sausage eeg mcmuffin deal. She ddnt give me my coffee. Mind this a previous customer had complaint they took his order wrong too ... so i was upset and told them NOo that is not what i ordered and your also missing my coffee. I told her i asked for 2 orders of The sausage egg mcmuffin ... I said you guys really need to pay attention when taking orders because they messed up the previous customers order and now mine. Plus we are having to wait all this time for my order. So the cashier told me okay i will give you the other 2 sandwiches ... Well her manager heard her and started to talk in spanish which i understood and told her she needed to charge me even though they had messed up my order. I mean i dont mind paying but if they messed up an order and she had already said i would give you, and the manager being a manager why couldn't you keep a customer happy after you really messed up her order. Then it really upset me for the manager to start talking spanishing assuming i dont understand. I find that really unprofessional and i did tell her that and i told her you need to speak in english in front of your customers because your being rude. Well the manager and all her employees lashed out on me one in particular was screaming very loud at me. I told all of them you see how all of you are very unprofessional and really need to take a training course on customer service. All i onow is that when working fast food or retail or any kind of business you dont rudely speak another language purposely so tye other person standing there doesnt know what your saying. Luckily i do speak spanish and i think that is what upset me tge most ... Why couldn't tge manager walk up to me and say We are sorry we messed up your order but we are still going to have to chargre you, And whatever my employee said to you i can't honor it. I would've been find but it was just how everyone at Mcdonalds handled the situation. I vowe not to ho the that Mcdonalds on 4th in Ontario although i live about a block away. I rather drive up all the...
Read moreI came to the drive-thu at 1:30 pm Weds. They forgot to add a 2nd burger i ordered and instead gave me a 4 piece chicken nuggets but I didn't notice and i drove off. I realized the mistake when my mom was looking for her burger in the bag. So i gave her mine to eat as i drove back to McDonalds. I got off and a girl with a gray shirt and reddish curly hair treated me rudely and like i was lying. Then I asked if I could keep the extra nuggets and she said she was going to throw them away and I said if I could keep them because I had wasted gas driving 2 blocks away and coming back and she said sarcastically "I bet." she was not wearing a name tag and when I asked her name she turned her back and walked away as she muttered something like "Kuskay". I was writing this review outside and went back inside to verify her name. I asked another worker what that girls name was and "Kuskay" herself came and asked what it was about and I told her she was rude and said she is acting like I was lying about a burger and again she swears she put it in..so again she is insinuating that i was lying. I asked for her name and this time she said her name is Sky. She seemed a little bit scared and more professional this time and she pointed out her manager and said I was welcomed to talk to him. So I did and I explained to him what happened and how I bought the burger for my mom who is diabetic and we just came from a Dr's visit so she had not eaten since 7 am. "Jose" was very apologetic and professional and asked if I wanted any thing from the menu and I said no because I had finally got what I paid for. He said he would address it. I hope he does. However, how can a worker who is a lead or crew trainer, have the boldness to act so unprofessional and rude while the manager is there? Its obvious she regularly gets away with it. I wonder if Jose is usually there to catch...
Read moreI'm really always nice to everyone including here at this Mcdonalds so I'm still bewildered by this experience. Awful experience with customer service here, not entirely sure what was going on here with this fellow. He stopped taking orders when I came up next in line and seem on edge at this point. So another employee steps up to take my order and with the guy standing next to him and then I ask him if he was the Manager? He then proceeds to give me this cocky grin, instead of answering my question about his name, he says, what did you need?
I was livid, he did get called on. I've worked in Customer Service for a major Hotel chain in their Administration office for years and no matter how I felt about anything it was my responsibility when on the job to put forth the most positive and personable experience regardless my mood for the customer to remember as, out of his/her life talking and visiting that Women at this Hotel was an excellent experience and one of the better days of my life.
All of us are different and unique in the many faucets of our life...and I believe regardless of how I was treated and humiliated for no reason in front of a group of strangers that favored his race aside from my own...I will always love and not hate as God and my Mom has taught me.
BTW, what he thought was funny only had him laughing, no one else including the other customers were laughing at him, rather looking on at him just as bewildered as I...
