Usually love this Starbucks. I come often with my toddler. But today we had a different experience, with a cashier named Lupe. She was rude, quick and without manners. I ordered a danish and a coffee (which were both great). When I pulled up to the window, she didn't say one word other then the price. I proceeded to use my own manners. I paid and turned to put my wallet in my diaper bag, where she exasperated, "danish" and hung the bag out of her window. I said one moment, and she repeated again, "your danish!" She handed me my items and coffee without word and immediately walked away. My coffee was a little strong so I waited for her to come back and I asked for Splenda, please. Again she didn't say a word but sort of huffed away to get the Splenda. Now I don't usually say anything, because hey sometimes people have bad days. But I did feel necessary to say something, and as nicely as I could I told her, "I really think you should have a better attitude." She proceeded to flip her hand in the air at me and I drove away. ย ย ย Read more1st time been here, and I won't come back again. Starbucks has buy 1 get 1 free these days so I drove here and purchased 2 drinks. I ordered my favorite ice mocha and white chocolate frapp, but I was told BOGO must be holiday drinks. I let starbucks employee help me made the decision for holiday drinks. When I check out, I asked the lady if I could use my reward points. She said OK then I switch to my reward to pay it. While I am waiting, the lady asked me to show my app again and told me there is something wrong when she scanned. I gave the phone, she scanned again. When I back home, I realized she charged me twice, 2 rewards instead of 1 (Buy one get one free). I called customer service about this, CSR confirmed if I use my reward, 1 cup 1 reward, I got 2 drinks so 2 rewards were used. But why this store never tell me, why the lady tell me there is something wrong during scanning? Starbucks CSR is checking but did not return the reward to me. I will not go back to this store again. ย ย ย Read moreI went here a couple of months ago and ordered a pistachio cream cold brew. They had just discontinued that flavor and were out of it so they offered to make it with toffee nut. They tried to charge me extra for the flavoring that they substituted. I left and went to the one on central and they made it without extra charge. Since that incident, Iโve noticed that time that Iโve ordered from here theyโre often out of several food items. I went in there this morning and ordered a venti iced pumpkin cream chai latte tea with 2 blonde shots (one of the best drinks Iโve ever had) and asked them to put it in a trenta cup with extra ice because the hot shots melt the ice in venti cup. They argued with me that they canโt sell that drink in trenta. I tried to explain that they arenโt selling me a trenta, just pouring the venti in larger cup with a little extra ice.
