Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

absolutely horrible. We come at 12:20 in the drive thru and there’s no response. Online & on their app it says they close at 2 so we pull up and there’s 3 people in there and they completely ignore us. I called them multiple times and there was no response until finally they answered and they said they close at 12. This was already at 1 when they decide to tell me this when they had seen us there the whole time but were just ignoring to tell us anything . I had placed an online order because I seen people in there and I told them this and how I want my money back. They told me that they can’t do anything about that and their closed. I kept saying how I have a confirmation and everywhere online it states you guys are open until 2. But she does not care and simply states “ well we’re closed and the mobile ordering is not our problem.”. I then ask for the manger and she claims to be the “manager”, I then asked “this is how you handle business?”. She ignores me and I think she thinks she hung up because she walks away from the phone and decides to talk trash to her other coworkers thinking she hung up. I just wanted to get the money back that I spent on an online order for this location. Also meanwhile all of this is happening, their “open” light is on the whole time!!! If they were really closed, they should at least turn off the light and post somewhere on the com or door stating the “new hours”. Overall, extremely poorly handled and will not be returning to...

One of the best Taco Bell's in the area and IE in general. I never have any issues here and I prefer to come to this location over them all. I always have a complicated order due to being vegan, and they have never gotten it wrong and it consistently taste amazing. Thank you to all the staff here and management. Customer service is always great and always friendly with a smile. If you have any questions they are always happy to help and know their products. Also, I have never had an issue with receiving my food within 5 minutes and there is always someone at the front to take your order. One last thing to Taco Bell, I really like the new shirts the staff are wearing that say " You had me at Taco Bell." Unfortunately this shirt is not on the shop to purchase. Can I...

Only problem is the same issue affecting the majority of southern California -- homeless. My truck is too tall to fit in the drive-thru. As soon as I was parked I was approached by a homeless guy asking me to buy him food at the El Pollo Loco next door. Nope, as I wasn't headed that was anyways. I was clearly headed for Taco Bell. When I walked out of the Taco Bell the same guy then asked me to give him one of the tacos in my bag. Nope, because the food was dinner for my kids. He wouldn't leave me alone until I gave him something. Fortunately, I had a dollar in my pocket and that seemed to make him content long enough for me to get into my truck and leave.
