Honestly I'm not one to complain but on different occasions the staff there has been rude every time I go. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was the last straw. The man with the beard was ringing me up rushing me with attitude and then took off and then the lady with the blonde hair was finishing taking my order and giving attitude as well. I made two seperate transactions. So I patiently waited for my orders. She then called 82 and 83, I was waiting for numbers 83 and 84. So I waited and then she called 85. I was like ok maybe it was a mobile order, as I was waiting she then looked at me with attitude and instead of saying is there anything else we can help you with. She yelled out, " what are you still waiting for?" I then responded that I was still waiting on number 84, feeling embarrassed for yelling at me when I never gave her attitude and never asked if my other order was ready yet. She then told me again with attitude that she had called it and i told her no, she called 82 and 83 together and then skipped to 85. She still insisted but I told her no, she never called it. Then she complained to the man cooking in Spanish and i responded because I speak spanish as well. The customer service there is just the worst and I will just not go there anymore to be treated with disrespect. I get it everywhere is short staffed. I for one work in customer service myself so I know what it's like and how to treat customers even if they're wrong. But we do not need to be treated this way, especially trying to humiliate a person. Please find better employees! Until then I'll just go...
Read moreI was looking to get take out with a friend when I called in my order I noticed the total was more than usual. I asked to hear my order back and for an explanation as to why its so much the female worker was dismissive, disrespectful, refused to give her name or her managers name, and overall rude. When addressing me she snapped back with attitude, put me on mute without informing me why for an extended period of time only to then blame the mute on a customer she needed to attend to despite the fact that she was on the phone with a customer, before finally hanging up on me in the middle of my sentence. This is the worst experience I've ever had at WaBa, when I went into the store moments after I was hung up on the brunette female worker who refused to name herself ran to the back to avoid facing her actions. The manager/alleged owner of the location attempted to rectify the situation by saying he will "talk to her" but still didn't provide her name when I mentioned taking the issue to someone higher as he was the "owner". The lack of care on behalf of the staff as well as the poor customer retention training on behalf of the management is embarrassing for a cooperate chain...
Read moreThere's always different people who work there and that's fine, but when you have worker's on the clock behind the counter and right in front of you, literally with the guy facing & fully against the girl's back end with his arms around her flirting with each other & following eachother like they couldn't keep their hands amongst other body parts off eachother is not only irresponsible but it's unprofessionally disrespectful!!! I'm hoping that they didn't have the position as manager! I'd Appreciate it if the manager would from time to time look at their recordings from their camera's just to see if their employees are acting as an employee on duty!!! I always go to this location with my family bcuz it's convenience but it isn't Cool not one bit for my grandkids to see this! They're gonna think that it's ok to fool around in public while working!!!!😡 All in all, the food is always pretty good...
