I went to Wendy's on Monday to order through the drive-thru a fish sandwich and they didn't even let me finish my order when he tells me it's going to be 5 to 6 minutes wait I told him that's fine so I get to the window to pay. And it takes them about 10 minutes to actually charge after that they tell me if I can go park in the front cuz the fish is still cooking so I go to the front and wait it was taking too long, so I walk inside to find out that the fish was still not done the person in the Drive-Thru was going crazy between two computers and I come to see that the cook was the manager who was changing shift handling my food and everything he touched with his hands bare hands he never washed them he was texting with his phone he even came over without knowing who I was to charge me in Frosty and went back to cook and that's when the problems start I refuse to take that sandwich home and they argued why didn't I want it so explain why I didn't want it he came up to me and said what's the problem so I told him I want my money back because I don't want that sandwich you didn't wash your hands that is so unsanitary and so against the law because we are on covid and you're touching everything and I don't want that food so he said I'm sorry but I can give you your money back so that's when I yelled and out of a sudden he started giving me my money back when he said he couldn't give me my money back. Read moreI would give -0 stars to all the questions. First, no one comes out to the registers to take your order this place was empty should of been a red flag. No one wants to work. Meanwhile, the cashier was just on his cell phone talking, not even caring, just staring and not even offering to help. His manager stared at me and didn't even care to help or discipline the cashier on his phone call. Finally, when the cashier finished his call, he stared without asking, I asked for a sauce, and he said oh it's "$1 dollar for each sauce " It's not even on the menu that they charge $1 for each sauce. When I asked where does it said that, as I literally had just gotten a ranch sauce without charge in my meal, both workers didn't have anything to say. Uneducated and unprofessional workers that don't have any customer service and don't deserve getting paid $20.00+ an hr. Avoid this location on Holt blvd in Ontario. I happened to walk in there and one customer had received his food. So after about 5-6 minutes I happen to notice I have NOT received any attention what so ever. After it took me and my daughter slightly “knocking” on the counter to make two workers make eye contact with me, but NOT acknowledge the fact that I’ve been waiting for 6 minutes for just a kids meal. So I then happened to ask if they’re only helping the long line of cars in the drive through, but then I’m stopped with a rude response of “we will be right with you” from the manager. I understood that things were hectic and busy on their end, but at least have some acknowledgment for your customers, and be attentive if their waiting to pay for your service.
