Burger King is my go to when I'm on the road. I worked at a Burger King from the time I was 14 until 18. I've been to Burger Kings all across the country. However, this is, hands-down, the worst store I've ever been to. The food is always old, no matter when you go. I'll go during low-traffic times and order from the dining room, so as to not hold anybody up, and order my food " hot & fresh". I have never received my food either hot or fresh. It's always old. Never hot enough to melt cheese. When you say something about it, they lie to your face and gaslight you as if there's no way you could possibly know the difference. I've literally worked Burger King for 4 years. I know what fresh out of the broiler/fryer looks like. They simply refuse to serve food that is not at least 20-30 minutes old. Every. Single. Time. I stopped by to get an ice cream cone due to the heat, and upon entering, I was not greeted instead, the cashier, Melissa, immediately asked what else I wanted. I explained that I had just walked in and hadn’t had a chance to even look at the menu. She seemed frustrated, which set a negative tone for the interaction. When I received my ice cream cone, it was poorly made melting, messy, and without a napkin. This experience was especially surprising because I usually stop by twice a week for breakfast and have always had great service. Read moreI don’t know what has happened to fast food restaurants but they really need to reevaluate who they hire. It’s always nothing but workers standing around doing nothing and the service has become pathetic. Just went thru this drive thru at this location. Well first I’m told that they are only accepting cash only. That tends to happen quite regularly it seems. So I check and have enough cash on me and then they act like it’s a sin for having cash. Secondly, there is no one but me at the drive thru and there is nothing but employees inside and my order is a simple #3 and they have me pull up and wait on the order. It’s 8:30pm!!! It’s like they feel burdened to service a customer and do there job. Someone really needs to take a hard look at this because it seems to happen quite often regardless of which location.
