Seems they are still working to get setup as they were unable to serve any alcohol. I seen seafood boil on the menu and was like "HELL YA". ordered the seafood platter without crablegs (only 2 options for platters), and they sent out mine with crablegs. Had to send it back to take that off. If they offered king crab I would have ordered them. The shrimp was fully unpeeled. Definitely need to work on the sauce as they only had one sauce. It was okay but not the full seafood boil experience I was expecting from glancing at the menu. I believe most places main sauce has Cajun, Bay Seasoning, lemon pepper, and galic butter mixed. The mini lil half corn cobs were adorable. Idk if I come back by I would be likely to get a Mexican food entree instead. They need to seach a better seafood distributor and being fairly close to the gulf it shouldn't be that hard to find and maybe get fresh corn cobs and potatoes. They can keep good for a long time. I bet they buy a big bag of frozen mini corn cobs. I guess with this I could have used a good stiff drink to wash this all down lol

As someone born and raised in Mexico, I was excited to try this new Mexican restaurant near our home. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the place didn’t make a great first impression—it wasn’t particularly appealing, and we were the only ones dining there. That’s usually a red flag in my experience: either the food is overpriced, or it’s not good. Sadly, it turned out to be the latter. This is not the place to come if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican food. We ordered quesadillas and a birria torta, but neither dish stood out. The flavors were off-balance, with some items overly salty and others too sweet. Overall, the food was below average. The vibe of the place felt more like a Mexican nightclub than a restaurant. If you’re looking for somewhere to grab a beer and listen to music on your own, this might work. However, it’s not the kind of atmosphere I’d recommend for families. There are better options in Opelika where you can enjoy a more satisfying and authentic Mexican meal.
