Taco Bell — Restaurant in Opelika

This is the last straw I’ve had with this location. Staff used to be polite and fast. Every time I have gone here for the past 6 months or so it takes forever to even get to order. They take big pauses in taking people’s orders in order to keep their tickets times down and save their own butts. About 3 weeks ago I ordered on the mobile app. I got there and sat in the drive-thru. I sat and sat and sat at the menu, no one ever said anything. I finally said hello? and the girl said hold please! Apparently the person in front of me went through the drive thru with a large order ($100 worth). I stayed patient but after almost 30 minutes of sitting there I left the line and went inside. Stood there for 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter to tell them I had a mobile order and took my name. They one person on the line making all the food while the rest stood there and talked to each other. There were SEVERAL other people waiting inside and outside btw. I only have an hour lunch break and before you said I should have just left and went somewhere else, I couldn’t I had already paid! It was not until 2 minutes after I was supposed to be back at work did I get my order. I was late for work and I bet several others were too. I waited an entire hour for FAST FOOD. This location needs workers that work and management that manages, that’s very clear. And did I get an apology for the wait you ask? Hahahah NO! Today I finally went back and sat at the window waiting for my order for 20 minutes just for them to not even get my order right. Will not be going back, I’ll drive further to...

2 days in a row I have visited this location, Thursday April 6th I came into the drive thru, waited a few minutes along with the vehicle behind me ,no luck on anyone acknowledging I was there, went to the front door to try to order and the doors were locked. Friday April 7th tried again, this was close to 10 am cst ,Doors were locked so I went to the drive thru, I ordered the soft taco supreme party pack ,I was quickly told they are only serving breakfast, Left and went to the Valley Alabama location and was greeted and welcomed with my order. I did ask the worker about hours and serving tacos, Guess the workers wanted to use a excuse to not serve me .I will not return to this location and if the franchise owner Is affiliated with the valley Alabama location I will not return to any of them. Just don't understand the lack of care for customer service...

Food was good. But they charged us for nachos and cheese and never gave it to us. Also it makes no sense how they still have the Chalupa here but they can't make the Gorditas or Gordita Crunch anymore. They still have everything it takes for other products. To be specific it's the Taco Bell on 280 in Opelika. Outside of not getting all of our order and not being able to get my husband's favorite menu item, our food was food and the service was fast. They also put some extra love on our Quesadilla 😊 we were super happy for that. I go there often and will continue to do so. I've had a great experience 8 out of 10 times. I ordered a large slushy and was given a small and instead of just getting the right size the woman argued with me about it. But it was late at night and quite some time ago. So that experience is irrelevant now. Lol i love this Taco...
