Had a bad experience with order not being correct when I went to the drive thru. I filled out a survey and explained how I was disappointed with the service. The manager responded to me through email and apologized and sent me a gift card for double my order. It really goes a long way when you see someone actually cares about the service and going above and beyond to make it right. I visited the restaurant again and I was more than happy with the service and the quality of my order. Just knowing that when an accident happens that he was willing to not only acknowledge the fact that I was unhappy but do something great to show that your thoughts matter makes this one of my favorite places to go...
Read moreI had to wait behind a large order from a huge bus like car from hell but all staff was pleasant. I got a veggie delight. I told them extra everything except no jalapenos and no onions. I'm sure they were busy and I ended up with onions. I am sort of used to customer service being a little off these days absolutely everywhere. I'm good with it all. But the important part to me is masks and a friendly demeanor. The two I delt with were very good at friendliness and safety. Good job. The sandwich was really good after I picked out the onions. Read moreWell, being told by the owner I'm wrong kind of makes for a bad atmosphere. We ordered a footlong online to split, and some of the items I ordered were not on the sandwich. Also, we specifically asked for no sauces whatsoever, and when I opened it up at home, the sandwich was soggy. We complained online only to be told the owner reviewed the cameras, and absolutely no sauces were put on our sandwich. That made me even more concerned as to why it was soggy then.
