My family of 5 had just gotten off of our flight and wanted to grab a bite to eat. We initially used the drive thru but my husband ended up going into the restaurant. I'll explain later. Note: It was our first time having Raising Canes. Pros: Food - The chicken was hot, fresh, tender, and crispy. The best parts of our meals were the texas toast and the sauce. So much - that we asked for extra. Service - The service was fast. Cons: Food - The lemonade tasted weird. Not sure if it was the water they use with it - but it didn't taste like lemonade I'm used to and I've had several different types. My husband order the Caneiac Meal and wasn't given all of his chicken. Simple mistake - due to human error. That's understandable. The manager appeared to be annoyed when he asked for his missing chicken strip. Cost - Overpriced for the quality and amount of food. $38 (Cane Box, Caneaic Meal, 3 Kids Meals) for a family of 5 for unseasoned chicken and questionable cole slaw is not worth it. I'm not sure what all of the hype is about Raising Canes or if it was just that location #67 - but the chicken is ok. We will probably go to another Raising Canes where we live - before we decide if we will ever go to one again.

Very clean outside as well as inside. Polite and professional staff. Place was packed, had to wait for seating. Impressive. Everything was fresh and fries better than usual. In response to canes reply: it was never about the chicken. It was always the sauce🙌

This restaurant has a lot to be desired. The tenders are over cooked and chicken is so dry it would make the average person choke. When I called and requested a manager and told her about my order, instead of speaking of solutions and being apologetic about the horrible chicken I had received she argued back and defended the inferior product. I then proceeded to go back to the store when the manager approached she had a fake smile opened the boxes of food poker at a tender and still defended the nasty chicken saying it looked good to her. I then told her then that she could eat it for herself. She prepared two fresh combo boxes of which the tenders were still dry and she threw the combos across the counters as if I was an animal. I will not be eating here customer service is atrocious, food is horrific and I will be contacting...

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with such kindness and respect. It was wonderful. The girl taking our order even told us we were getting a discount because we were seniors. They brought our food to the table. They checked on us at least five more times. They made us feel so welcome. The training at this restaurant is amazing and the staff is outstanding.

The chicken tenders were large, plump and juicy. The fries were crispy and stayed hot.

This is the way every restaurant should be ran. To find a fast food restaurant ran this way was quite an exception.

I think I'll check out some more Raising Canes as I travel...
