Ordered a large half cheese, half mush/olive/Italian sausage. Picked up the pizza at the store, then drove home and realized they had made the whole thing mush/olive/Italian sausage. Had to drive back. The girl at the window was the same girl that checked me out out the first time , and was absolutely rude to me. When I explained my pizza was wrong, she replied while rolling her eyes "well its going to be 15-20 mins if you want it remade" of course I wanted it remade. Why else would I drive back. No apology, no "how can we make this better". When I replied "of course I want it remade" she slammed the window door while saying "so you're gna be like that." I rang the bell and was ignored by every employee. It took me ringing their doorbell 3 times till a cook from the back finally came to the window and asked what was wrong. He was really nice. I asked for the manager and was told that the rude girl was the manager. Her name on the receipt was Madison. He made sure my pizza was correct while the "manager" did nothing but talk around the registers with 2 other employees. There were other customers in the driver through that were also upset that their food was wrong and or taking over 30mins. Read moreI recently picked up a free breadsticks with sauce on Friday night after work. I waited in the drive thru lane for 15-20 minutes behind a mini van that was waiting on 1 cup of dipping sauce. There were 5-6 people behind me too one guy got so pissed for waiting he sped away angry. I questioned the girl at the drive thru on what happened and she just had a blank stare on her face and used the excuse that she was new there. Do these employees have no brain or common sense? I mean come on! They should of told this customer to pull around and hellped the other 5-6 people waiting this was so insanely stupid! I was furious and spoke to the manager, I am not surprised just about every fast food restaurant now has lazy, apathetic, or unskilled workers that are unwilling or not competent enough to do their job. I could understand she was new but she should of had the common sense to do what was needed to help the customers her supervisor should of seen and handled the situation appropriately too! This is another location and business I can scratch off my list of places I would go to for fast food, terrible service, took forever, and they handed me a greesy, messy bag with my food in it. My son went to get a refill and as he was getting the refill the server Christine immediately said "You can not do that!" She then comes to the table and says drinks are now limited to one refill per customer and no customers are allowed by the fountain drinks. I then informed her would have to speak to management in this matter or contact corporate. Christine stated this store is a franchise and not a corporate. I informed of call will be made and to just get our meal and leave us alone as we are here to sit quietly and eat, but she got upset and became irrate and stated that she will refuse service and to leave. I informed her she can't do that! Christine says " I can refuse service!". I asked to speak to the manager and she started screaming " Raul, Raul, Raul" walking towards the kitchen area.
