I recently visited this store in Orange City. I upgraded my iPhone and ordered an Apple Watch. The watch was ordered for me and I returned within 5 days to pick it up. Unfortunately my watch was defective. It was returned to the store the next day after following their recommendations to charge it over night. The watch was on the charger all night and it would not charge.
When I returned the watch, the Store Manager Joshua said he found a replacement in the Sanford store and I was sent to go pick it up. On the way to the Sanford store I decided to call and make sure this was possible. A rep by the name of Max told me that it was not possible to come in and swap my defective watch with one from their inventory because the stores don’t inventory the items as a whole. I would need to make a purchase with them. I called Joshua at the Orange City store and explained this. By this point I was upset that as the customer I was doing all the calling and running around and given misinformation. I returned the watch to Joshua and he called the national office. They instructed him that they needed to verify via email to his store and he told them that outside emails were not allowed by store policy, even though this was coming from the Sprint National office. They could not email him at the store. He tried to give them his personal email but the National Office rep declined and told him it was against Sprint policy.
Joshua proceeded to tell me that he would have to find another way to get the email and shipment directly to him and that he’d give me a call back. I waited another week without hearing from him. When I called back I was told he was on vacation. No one else had any feedback for me.
I called weekly for a total of 6 weeks before I called the National Office myself.
There is a definite lack of good customer service at this Orange city store. I am truly disappointed and have never experienced this lack of customer service at any other Sprint store.
I asked for the owners information and was told they don’t give this out. I searched on line and there was a non working number listed and an email link for Maycom Communication, to which they never responded. Besides the lack of customer service, this store needs to fix the email situation and allow Sprint National the ability to contact your Orange City store. Without this they're unable to communicate and verify information when it is needed for issues that the staff can’t resolve.
Secondly, there needs to be a customer call back system in place so that the customer is not left in the dark. I will NEVER return to this store. If you take the chance, just hope...
Read moreFor starters, I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 18 yrs. I love the T-Mobile Tuesday app and I take every opportunity of perks given to us customers (always great discounts and cool items). I went to this location 894 Saxon Blvd Suite 100 Orange City, FL on Tuesday Dec 13, 2022 to redeem the ring light. The store was busy, but I was 2nd in line, so I waited patiently. I noticed whoever came in to redeem, also had to give their information to get sales pitched. I totally understand the sales strategy and knew that I only came in for redeeming and going back to work. Mind you all I have purchased all my devices including the internet and IPad. When I became next in line, I didn’t get the female employees name (short brown haired Latin female), asked for my phone number, I told her “I only came in for TMobile Tuesday”. She continued to ask for my information, I told her again “I am not interested, I do not need anything else, I even have the internet y’all trying to sell, so I am good to go with anything extra”. She answered a phone call and had a 2 minute conversation in front of me without simply telling the customer please hold. VERY RUDE! When I saw she was trying to be funny ATP I interrupted her phone conversation to tell her “I been here for over 15minutes I’m working and in a rush”. This rude girl replied to me with “Well, you shouldn’t have came then!” I told her “excuse me but I’m a loyal T-Mobile customer and I deserve these perks and some respect too”. She handed me the ring light and I politely walked out the store. Now, me 20 yrs ago would’ve made an ugly scene in the store. The god fearing, matured woman I am today will walk away and pray for that female employee. This was the first worse experience of my 18 yrs with TMobile and I will never step foot back at that location ever again. I wish I could give this...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern, I have been a Sprint customer for many years, and one of the biggest reasons is their customer service. I have been in direct sales and customer service for my entire adult life and always critique the people and their service when I go into a store. I have visited quite a few Sprint stores during my tenure with them and have found this particular Sprint Store to be the best managed and also the best staffed as far as what I look for and that is Service and Customer Appreciation. When I walk into the store I am greeted with a smile (very important ) and a "Hello" ( also important ). My last visit to this Sprint Store was just this week. I walked in and saw that there were 3 customers ahead of me so I knew it was going to be a bit before I was served. From a nice young lady behind the counter, I was greeted with a smile and a "Hello" and told that I would be seen in a couple of minutes. I could have taken a seat but I preferred to stand. It seemed like only 2 minutes had gone by when each customer ahead of me was walking out the door with a smile on their faces one and a time with short intervals in-between each. I was also greeted with a smile and a hello from a nice young man that was seated behind a pass through window to my left, typing. I was very pleased with their expedience and caring attitude. As far as I'm concerned this is my Sprint Store and I will be their customer as long as they are in this location. I'll follow them if they ever leave that location too. LOL I hope the big people of Sprint are looking in at this note/review because I want them to know what a nice facility they have here for us ( the customer ) to visit! Keep up the Great Work you folks at the Sprint Store at 894 Saxon Blvd. Orange City.
Thanks Sprint, Looking forward to my next...
