Went here tonight for supper. Ordered some sandwiches and a pop and a shake. We ate the meal, checking several times to see if the shake was ready. My son went up once, and was told "10 minutes". Mind you, this was after we had gotten the rest of our food, so it had been 10 minutes we were waiting already. He went up again a while later, and they told him 3 minutes. About 5 minutes later, after we had finished our entire meals, we went up to the counter again. No one was behind it; they were farther back. I cleared my throat loudly, nothing. So, I started saying loudly "ding ding ding" like I was ringing a bell. I said I would like a refund for my shake that I never got. The young man said snidely, "it's cooling down now".(I think it was running thru a cleaning cycle?). I said, yes, but we've waited for some time and we have to leave now (we were from out of town, and needed to get back on the road to go home). He refunded my shake, and practically threw the receipt at me. I told him in the future that it would be helpful if he told customers that there would be a delay up front, so they could decide whether or not they wanted to order it. He said "it's not my fault". Read moreLet me start off by saying I don't typically complain at places or leave reviews. I have worked fast food and I have managed fast food. I know it is a stressful job but truthfully it isnt that hard. This is by FAR the WORST Arbys. Truthfully it isn't even worthy of being open. This store needs to be closed and all the staff needs to be retrained. My food here has never been correct. Every time I go to this store my food is completely terrible. My order is either old, wrong, or I am missing items. Just recently tonight I order the new bacon ranch steakhouse burger. They gave me the regular steakhouse burger with the burger sauce on it, and my burger had an old bun on it. The thing that blows my mind on my receipt they rang in my order correctly, and yet they still messed up my order. I also asked for no tomato or onion and the only thing I got on my burger was pickles, no lettuce. Last week I went there and order the 2 for 6 classics, and a double roast beef with mayo, lettuce, and Swiss cheese. Again my order was rang up correctly on the receipt but instead I got two doubles with mayo lettuce and Swiss cheese and one classic sandwich. The time before that my food was completely cold. Immediately went back through the drive up window and inquired about our missing sandwiches (we had the bag and receipt). The manager was very sarcastic and pretty rude, stating we had everything (she's is looking at the screen which I guess matched our receipt). She then offered a missing sandwich but, forgot the other one. My wife asked about the 4th sandwich and the manager said we only ordered 3? We had a coupon for 2 bacon cheddar's and a coupon for a classic cheddar meal, I also ordered the new Wagyu burger (obviously 4 sandwiches).
