I decreased the stars from five to two when I was in customer service we were always told to greet the customer and also sincerely thank the customer for taking the time to come in and spend money if they bought something if not tell him to have a good day. I was floored today, there was nobody in line so I went up to the window that said opened the young man came over scanned my merchandise didn't ask if I had a club card or whatever membership I forget what they called there, told me how much it was going to be took my money and didn't even say thank you or kiss off or whatever. Very first thing is the salesperson sells the company this boy they need to take in the back room and have a one-on-one talk with them I'm going to call the manager in just a minute so I decreased it to two stars. I also had a brand new first edition of "On the Hippie Trail" by Rick Steves just published on 2/4/25. It has since become a New York Times bestseller and had to be reprinted (I learned this when I heard Rick Steves speak in Columbus on 2/20/25). I also had premium current magazines--like Magnolia Journal--in pristine condition. I was only offered $3.50. When I asked why, they said because they are looking for things "they need on their shelf."
