Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Orange Township

This is my third visit and they get it wrong every time!!

I got 4 shrimp instead of the 6 the meal comes with, and the receipt also indicates. The person verbally confirmed cocktail sauce was included...nope, nada, zip.

The fries were a smidge chewy- I shared with my kiddo; neither of us would consider them good, or even okay. They were just rubbery and old oil tasting.

The fish was good, and the hush puppies w a little good. The chicken was also good.

They did provide a fair amount of ketchup and tartar sauce, along with napkins.

They did not include any utensils for the cole slaw. I will note it is a good size coleslaw and was nice flavor.

We don't live close enough to warrant spending the gas to get the missing items...the sad part is this...

Stood inside waiting while some chubby woman that may of been the manager ( she was wearing a completely different shirt than everyone else) ate grapes over the food that was being served. No one even acknowledged we were in the restaurant. We had to wait for the guy working the drive through to wait on us while 3 others stood around. The food was burnt, hard and disgusting! We will not be returning to this place. I see why they are closing these places. Poor management, lazy workers and they service food they wouldn’t eat…. Take your chances if...

Before Coronavirus, I was going to Captain D's about 10 miles away. I love their fried fish, but the employees there aren't wearing face masks. So I had to quit going there.

I thought I would try another fish place, Long John Silver's, which is closer. By comparison to Captain D's, it was pretty awful. I had a difficult time finishing two pieces of fish. It was very heavily breaded and gooey and was extremely unappetizing. The pieces looked larger than the ones at Captain D's, but it was all yucky breading. I'll never go to Long John...
