5 Star Bagelry — Restaurant in Orange

I think I found this place on yelp and tried it a few months ago. Then we forgot the name of it sad face. WELL! Today I was driving back from an appt and despite already having eaten breakfast, I had to stop and grab something — they’re just sooo good!! I’m kinda picky with my bagels and smear. I want it to be slightly crunchy on the outside with a chewy and soft middle. I want my smears to be great with just a little and not needing a mountain just to be able to taste it. Great coffee isn’t required but a huge bonus. This place checks all of those boxes!! Vietnamese coffee with the smaller broken ice is the bessssst! I thought I could only find it in Houston. Came to Anaheim from AZ for Disneyland. This place was amazing! These bagels are tender, airy and not overly doughy! Probably some of the best we’ve tasted in this area. We like to toast them, which gave them a slight crisp crust. The cream cheese is also very delicious. They also have a variety of coffee flavors. I would definitely recommend.
