Casa olé is Casa olé. It isn't necessarily where we go for real Mexican food, but it is a fairly good tex mex option for those with calmer taste buds. Everything is fresh and prepared consistently . The sauce and the queso is a constant enjoyment for a ton of people in our area. We don't go often but when we do we're generally in the mood for a big plate of nachos . And the fact they have fairly good salsa and extremely fresh chips is a plus. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is for me it is not really Mexican food. And growing up near the valley they were a bit of a shock to me. But We do enjoy them from time to time, and the staff in our orange location was wonderful. We had a new waiter in training and he did wonderfully and the manager , as always , is so kind and welcoming , and always makes her rounds to make sure everything is tip top shape . Out of the many casa ole locations , I like our orange restaurant the most !
