I went to casa ole for the first time in years I used to go a lot when I was younger, but ever since management has changed the price of the food quality of the food the atmosphere and the service have gone downhill I went there tonight and the service was terrible. The waitress did not refill my drink. She did not refill the sauce The sauce looked like it was watered down and it was tasteless when I got queso. The queso looked like it had been sitting out for a while because it had a film on top of it. The food was bland and tasteless. It took forever for them to bring my check. I had to get up and go to the counter the manager Completely ignored my complaints and just brushed me off I regret that I even had to pay for the meal because it came out to $45 plus tip for just two people I should’ve went to Burger King I would’ve gotten better service and better food and at least I would’ve been able to refill my drink I now know why I stopped going to casa ole And anytime I want Mexican, where I live I go to La Cantina Where the food Service prices atmosphere is better I will never go to...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at Casa Olé. I placed a pick-up order, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. I was told their tablet was being repaired, yet other customers were coming in and out with their orders just fine. The manager apologized but came off rude at the same time—I couldn’t tell if that was just her personality or not.
While I waited, I had a clear view straight into the kitchen from the entrance, and it was honestly gross. I watched a woman scoop chips onto plates with her bare hands, and none of the people prepping or handling food were wearing gloves. Not one. It was hard to ignore.
To top it off, the restaurant was hot and uncomfortable inside, and the front counter was sticky. When I finally did get my food, the wet burrito had spilled out into the bag, soaking everything and making a mess all over the other containers.
Between the chaos, waiting over an hour, the lack of cleanliness, and the attitude, I won’t be...
Read moreCasa olé is Casa olé. It isn't necessarily where we go for real Mexican food, but it is a fairly good tex mex option for those with calmer taste buds. Everything is fresh and prepared consistently . The sauce and the queso is a constant enjoyment for a ton of people in our area. We don't go often but when we do we're generally in the mood for a big plate of nachos . And the fact they have fairly good salsa and extremely fresh chips is a plus. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is for me it is not really Mexican food. And growing up near the valley they were a bit of a shock to me. But We do enjoy them from time to time, and the staff in our orange location was wonderful. We had a new waiter in training and he did wonderfully and the manager , as always , is so kind and welcoming , and always makes her rounds to make sure everything is tip top shape . Out of the many casa ole locations , I like our orange...
