Employees that you had working on Sunday 6/14/2020 were quite unprofessional. I was watching from outside about to walk in, one of you employees had a screaming match with a guest and was physically pushing this guest out the door and this guest wasn't homeless from the looks, even had two drinks from Jamba in there hand. There should never be a situation in customer service where you have to be screaming at a guest then kicking them out. I'm not sure what the reason was but it showed very bad judgement on the Jamba employee. Please train employees better on how to handle stressful situations with guests. With that being said I was too scared to enter Jamba after I seen that and quite honestly will never return. Then when I called the store to get the corporate number. some girl name Victoria didn't want to give me the number, kept telling me the only way she would give me the number is if I gave the reason why. I didn't feel I needed to explain myself. I then asked for the males name that I seen yelling at a guest in the store, She said she was unable to give it to me due to store policy, which seems absurd, when Victoria just gave me her name. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this Jamba Juice because my brother was in the hospital and got surgery and we wanted to get something to drink and I walked into this Jamba Juice and the service was just horrible from both of the workers there. one of the workers who took our order was on the phone when we got there & just gave me attitude from the start and when I asked her stuff about the menu, she didnāt know and was giving attitude the whole time and I was charged for my smoothie more even though I got a small, they charged me more for the small drink than for the medium, which I find ridiculous and she failed to mention that the small drink that I got was more expensive And since I couldnāt really read the menu that you guys had there or the ingredients that it came with because the ingredients are barely legible, I didnāt know that my small drink was more expensive than the rest and also the woman who made our smoothies also had a really bad attitude. Didnāt even say welcome or thank you when we placed the order or when we left. I spent almost $30 on smoothies. You would think the least they could do is give me good customer service. Unfortunately the only people working were a newbie with a few screws loose and a nasty pudgy pimply curly haired terrible female-male like server (not too far from Napoleon Dynamite) that literally made childish nasty faces at me and rolled her eyes at me in front of my small children several times.
Neither of the two could tell me if a register was open to put my order in. And neither could tell me if my order was up bc they didnāt care to take my name (as is customary in JJ and Starbucks and Coffee Bean and such places) so I had to take it upon myself to repeatedly ask if the drink was mine when one was ready on the bar.
