We were excited to try Rose Bakery Cafe after seeing that it had recently opened. We came by on a Sunday around noon while it wasn’t too busy and ordered a couple of breakfast burritos.
Unfortunately, this spot fell slightly short of our expectations. We ordered a California burrito with a spinach tortilla but ended up receiving a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito instead. Mistakes happen, especially with a place that’s only been open for about a month.
As for the food itself, it was pretty good. The Fiesta Burrito was flavorful and was filling enough, though it didn’t quite compare to some of the other local spots.

Unfortunately, the staff didn’t know what it was and kind of brushed me off—thought they were going to check, but they just went back to chatting with others.

One suggestion would be the ham would be best of cut in pieces versus having the whole slice in the burrito. Also bought a mocha expresso iced and it was delicious 😋 too.
