This was one of the best experiences of my life, let alone buying a watch! Especially these days, it is VERY hard to find someone with exemplary communication skills. She went WAY above and beyond with me- I asked some of the toughest questions, kept changing my mind and was even impatient once. She never flinched and even said, “don’t worry, this is all part of the process”. Then she noticed a teeny scratch (but I never would’ve noticed. It would’ve been covered under warranty anyway), and within an hour she found another one that was absolutely perfect. It was an added expense for her, but again, she never flinched- the watch arrived at my door first thing the next morning and it’s the most beautiful thing I have ever (other than my wife 😂). Anyway, I plan on buying many more watches. And I will only buy a high end luxury watches from her.
