I’ve been going to this place for years and I won’t be back again. I go in to exchange an item and the cashier tells me it’s passed the “due date” even though their policy is 7 day return. I bought it 7/12/23 at 7pm and was exchanging it 7/19/23 at 3:56pm. Then she tells me I can’t exchange it for a hair oil because it’s a chemical so I ask her what qualifies for the exchange. She keeps telling me it’s past the due date when it’s not and then she tries to tell me the “owner” told her I can’t exchange a unused hair cap even though the receipt says NO EXCHANGES FOR WIGS, HAIR, AND JEWERLY which this item qualifies for none of those. Of course the owner “is not there” and can not vouch for her claim. She was wrong and just wanted some way to prove herself right and not admit I qualify for the exchange.    Read moreI have been going to this store ever since they opened up. Lately the Asian guy who is a new cashier is rude ,nasty and doesn’t have any manners. I told him my number so he could process my order and I would earn my points. I spent $122.50 and he didn’t enter my number after he even confirmed my name . I give him my bank card in his hand ,and he placed it on the counter ,I said to him give it back the way I gave it to you . He pretended not to do as I asked and then told me he placed my receipt in the bag. When I got home I looked over my receipt and to my surprise my information was missing and the receipt usually tells how much points you achieved. I will be taking everything back for a refund !!! We are spending our money and in return he acts as if we are begging them something, maybe because we do not look like them . I guess the owner felt I was taking too long??? Or I was a thief bc my bag was big??? No clue but after about 20/30mins he starts "fixing" some stuff in the aisle I'm In, just watching me. Next thing I know he sends someone over to me with a basket. I continue to shop. I take the cap off some lotion to see what it smells like and his cashier screams at me as if I took off a seal. The entire time I was there him and his dirty cashier were watching my every move. I get to the register, spent $100 and no even a thank you.
