Taco Bell — Restaurant in Orange

Cashier Darius greeted my daughter and I with a smile, and attempted to assist us; however, the manager rudely shot down any attempt to create the meal we were inquiring about (Build Your Own Cravings Box- online order through the Taco Bell that rarely ever works). I explained that we had three Taco Bell app rewards but no access to them due to the app not competing payment options (the uh-oh cloud pops up numerous times).

Dining room: Atmosphere is cold as well as the temperature, with only one customer seated in dining room.

We sat in our vehicle to eat since it was so uncomfortably cold inside. The manager (obese caucasian female) came outside to smoke her cigarette in front of the customer entrance, with a look of sheer disinterest on her face.

Other than Darius's warm greeting, the customer service was as cold as the dining room. The customer service experience determines if the customer returns, and I've had too many cold experiences at Taco Bell #039751!

Recommendations: leadership/management training, customer service development training and maybe even a fresh start in staffing to save...

It's been awhile since I've been at Taco Bell bc I'm a cancer patient. When I went with a friend to this Taco Bell, I was so disappointed. I was looking forward having my taco supreme bc I haven't had one in over a year. When we drove off to eat it, they gave me the wrong supreme and so little of the filling. I was so shocked bc this was the first time ever that my supreme was so small. The worse I have ever had. The one in Fredericksburg are amazing and they fill it up. I will give this place another try bc I believe in giving places a second chance. We all can have a bad day. We're not perfect. Maybe next time I will just go in and eat inside. I love Taco Bell so I hope this one was just having an off day. We'll see bc I'll try...

If i could give them 0 stars i would....everything taste very like they make long time ago...plus today is Thursday 1pm i was there with my 5 years old daughter i did order a dorito taco loco suprime for her and 2 number 6 to go there was one woman at the Window and whatever who help her she put everything in one very small bag i did ask her to put in diferent bag but a shore white woman come from somewhere and she offer me to call the Police if i don't move i did took about 30 seconds to pick up my baby taco from between the others they was mix toguether she was so agresive i recomend to the manager to do not give this kind of people a chance..... i don't really recomend this place to the...
