Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Orangeburg

So I ordered food from this restaurant tonight Uber Eats I've had the driver to deliver my food multiple times without an issue so when she delivered my food tonight somebody was eating one of the biscuits and put it back in the box also took a bite out of a chicken breast and put it in the Box none of my boxes were sealed like they're supposed to been contact Uber so let him know the quality could you get from Church's Chicken I will post it all over the Internet media platforms so people in Orangeburg don't catch a disease from somebody else taking a bite out of your food and placing it back in the box all this was done at the restaurant it was not done by the driver that delivered it I like I said I've had her. To deliver a lot of orders for me and I've never had a problem with her service she's been above and beyond for quality of service best you can. If I could give it less than 1 star I would have. First of all it says stays open til 11pm Sunday thru Thursday. Got there at 9:12pm and the door was locked. Says you could only go to drive thru. So wanted to make sure the chicken was fresh, so was trying to ask the that was standing in front of the door inside sweeping. He said I can't hear and continued to sweep. My wife shouted is the chicken fresh because if not we were willing to wait. The guy said the they had was whatever was up there, not knowing how long it's been sitting under the lamp, did not want to spend alot of money just to find out the chicken has been sitting under heat la.p for hours. Was will to wait for fresh chicken but wasn't an option. I have had it with this location and never left a review until now. This place never have it where you can go inside to order your food. So you never really get to see what you're ordering until after you have paid and in the drive thru line. So I would never, even if you are starving go to this restaurant. This is one of the last remaining Church's restaurants in South Carolina. I have a deep appreciation for the unique flavor and quality of their food. While this establishment consistently serves delicious meals, it's essential to note that its physical appearance has seen better days. The signage on the storefront is missing, and the drive-thru features a challenging and sharp curve that can be tricky to navigate.

In terms of customer service, it's not terrible, but it could be more welcoming and friendly. I'd like to see this restaurant endure, given its rarity and the exceptional food it offers. My personal favorites include the delectable biscuits, crispy okra, rich macaroni and cheese, and succulent chicken.
