Highly disappointed.made a delivery order for 20 piece wings with 2 literfor my family and the wait was over an hour.made several phone calls in regards to my order.wasnt upset at first until they claimed they came out twice to my address and called me and a call was never received.my phone works very well.the overall tone given to me by the shift manager was to a graveling affect...I'm not a peaseant and I dont beg Anybody for food to treat me with well service I think it's being done so they can make the order and have the customer now out and eat it for themselves because when I called shortly thereafter the general manager was on break he's very catty over the phone In regards to complaints making it hard to get an understanding of what's going on he takes his position to his head therefore no resolve in the matter .they need to do their job and hold themselves accountable.anyone with kids knows how excited they are when they are expecting a good meal especially pizza or take out.someone needs to look into this location because somebody must've got hungry along the way and decided not to deliver my order.i am very upset and emotional about the nonservice and attitude I received today from the general manager .because had I received any type of call that she claimed it would've went to my voicemail and I would've been able to get the driver number as well to track her down.none of these...
   Read moreOrdered a pizza online last night (10/22 @ 6:56p) and app clearly stated to let them know when I arrived for pickup so when it was ready they could bring it out. Gave specific time when pizza would be available. I waited 10m AFTER it was ready...no pizza coming to my car. I call from my car OUTSIDE the store and watched the young lady answer the phone (doing NOTHING mind you) and places me on hold! After holding for 3 minutes while WATCHING her do NOTHING STILL I go inside and receive NO customary "welcome to Marcos", ask for my order (from the same young lady that placed me on hold...with attitude), and inform her to go ahead and hang up the phone since she placed me on hold and I was inside. The "young lady" didn't even do that because I was still on hold while pulling out the driveway! I'm hoping it was just the evening crew because normally day shift has better attitude. It's too many people out here not working to have that kind of attitude on the job. Not only is it a reflection of you but the establishment.    Read morePreviously when I came here I wasn’t too happy about my toppings but the manager assured me that it would never happen again & my pizzas were exceptional. I definitely recommend this location and make sure you get the app so you can get the best deals like I did ! I have the all meat pizza & pepperoni magnifico half white sauce half pizza sauce. ( I don’t recommend this location anymore)
Okay so either you’ll have a good experience or terrible experience. We went back to get some more pizza because they sent out coupons. The coupons clearly had their store address on it but they wouldn’t honor it. Why send out coupons that you won’t honor. To be honest as a business when things like that happen it’s not the customers fault. I feel as though they should’ve honored the coupon that they sent out … we didn’t ask the mail people to put it in our mailbox. They did. If you go here you’re either going to have a really bad experience or a good one. There’s no inbetween . You take that chance every time you go. I also don’t know why they don’t know how to cut pizza properly , it is not...
