McDonald's — Restaurant in Orangeburg

So we get there about 8pm or 8:15pm we see there busy so we dont say anything, we just got a simple order two large coffees my friend has added a few things no big deal. Anyways we get to the window and get the coffees, you might as well ordered iced caramel and milk there was probably a SPLASH of coffee in it we pull back around ask for a remake they pull us to the 3RD WINDOW for 2 coffees? Anyways we at the 3rd window a lady comes up yall had two iced coffees she had medium in her hand they was supposed to be large. They STILL LOOKED LIKE NO COFFEE JUST MILK AND ICE. anyway she remakes the coffees again for a 3rd time and guess what? Still milk and ice atp me and my friend was fed up so we asked for a refund & to speak to a manager. I assume we got to talk to a manager because this girl walks up in just a tshirt and some slacks as i assume its the manager we tell her this is ridiculous & we just want our coffees made right. So she tells us to pull up at the curb so we do just that and she brings the drinks out, atp me and my friend was ready to go, we both try our coffees mine tasted okay but when my friend tastes hers she said it tasted funny , this girl ordered caramel drizzle btw. I try it, they put SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE IN HER COFFEE. At this point we drove away but i will NEVER return to this place again like if you dont wanna work there just quit i...

Went to drive thru this morning and I ordered the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle value meal instead of coffee included with the meal I asked for an ice coffee. Pull up to first window to pay mno problem. Pulled up to second window got handed a straw and my food the woman said pull to stall number 1 okay no problem. After waiting 6 mins and eating a crispy hash brown that must have been there since 7 o'clock I go inside and ask what's the hold up. The woman that sent me to stall 1 goes into the office with a out 4 other managers team leads or whatever and says that lady with the ice coffee said she was waiting 6 mins. Well no one moved and they closed the door. I asked for a refund at that point. A nice employee says ma'am I can fix your drink but it was too late I just wanted a refund. This McDonald's is the absolute WORST here in Orangeburg. The managers sick and the entire staff that was in that office around 8 or 8:15 should be FIRED because that is not how my situation should have been handled. Someone should have addressed me but instead they ALL went on break. McDonald's YOU GUYS SHOULD READ THE REVIEWS!!!! I didn't get my refund btw I just asked the cashier that so politely ask to make my drink for a sweet tea instead because my kids wanted the mcgriddle. So I paid for a drink that I didn't...

I normally don’t do reviews or complaints, but tonight was just a bit too much. I ordered my drink with no ice and I was given a cup with a large portion of the beverage missing from the top. When I asked about why a portion was missing from the top, the manager answered me with a “nice nasty” attitude how that’s how they do things now. and so I told her oh, OK I did not know. I was just wondering. With the same nice nasty attitude, she cuts me off and walks away. I’m looking like what just happened and the workers inside are looking very sad like she’s already gone off on them.

Then i started eating the fries on the drive home………. The fries were over cooked too hard and crunchy. As soon as I get over the attitude I received now I have to eat nasty, crunchy over cooked fries.

I’m still willing to overlook things because I was thinking, maybe she was having a rough time in her life and then I tasted my drink……. It was horrible I ordered a Hi-C orange with no ice. I don’t know why, but it tasted horrible almost turned my stomach. I spit it out and then I poured it out and now I am here. I will not be going to that McDonald’s again.
