8/25 McDonald's is a hit or miss especially with customers service. Today customer service is just poor, but I experience it today at this McDonald's location on Chestnut St. I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP! PLEASE place your order once you get to the establishment because when you arrive your food will Not be ready and you'll still have to wait, very disappointing đ and they don't know how to apologize, they act like it's your fault, like the customer did something wrong đ¤Śđ˝ââď¸the customer service I received the last time was unacceptable, people if you work in the public and you don't want to come into work, Don't or stay in the back of the business from the public because you make the business look bad and make people not want to come back and go to another establishment where they don't mind spending their money and it's welcome.
4/23 It's McDonald's always busy. 95% of the time your food is correct, but check your bags. The mobile app is great, if you want a discount, download it.
1st time going to the new McDonald's on 5/28/18 and my experience was so, so. Customer service wasn't excellent and that's the Most important thing to me...I stood back from the cash register waiting to be helped when I walked in, being polite instead of just walking up; waiting for someone to say "may I help you please" but, no...they just looked at me like I was crazy... so when you go in McDonald's go straight up to the cash register and start ordering instead of being polite and waiting on someone to take your order. The New McDonald's is very spacious and nice. They have three computers for the kids to play on which is nice but that will become a problem because the place is mostly, always crowded and all the kids will not get to play on the computers. McDonald's is very nice for the adults, but it's suppose to be for kids; kids are the ones who always want to go to McDonald's but now there's really nothing for the kids to do at McDonald's.    Read moreI have been coming to this location for 25 years. In that time I have seen this building and staff change tremendously. Today was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have had. I want to point out that I came into contact with 4 employees and each experience was disappointing. I also want to say I try to be patient and understanding with anyone in fast food and retail because I am too. Regardless, the drive thru order taker was really unprofessional. She did not ask me any follow up questions about my order. The cashier who took my payment was the same. No confirmation of my order. I was asked to pull to window 3. After a longer than normal wait I got my order. It was inccorrect. I waited for the associate to come back and told her I was missing half of my order. She confirmed my order and left. 15 mins later a manger came to the window. She told me that I refused to return the wrong order to the associate and would not confirm my order for her. She was aggressive and accusatory and I honestly was just confused. I understand a manager standing up for her staff. However, this was a total break down in communication. I just wanted to get my food. Even when you think a customer is wrong, you still professionally help them and move along. This manager failed at that. You also back your staff up, but should trust but validate a situation before making a judgement call. The sad part is they still gave me the wrong order. There is a lot of opportunity for this staff and the management team here. I sincerely hope they all get some more training, but I sincerely will never return to...

My partner and my friends and I did a mobile pick up and it was beyond disappointing and horrible: we waited 47 minutes for one spicy miccrispy meal with a large coke and two mccrispy deluxe meals with large coke and a large Dr Pepper. Forty seven minutes for our food. We are missing the fries to one meal and every single thing is stone cold. I went in to buy sauce and they are supposed to be 25 cents a piece, i spent $4.09 on sauce. When the food came out our drinks were not even done . We had to wave the guy down and he said wait you had drinks?? It was on our bag we had drinks and when we got the drinks the guy was like yo here. An employee should be more respectful. When I went to get the sauces the worker Tamika had such bad attitude talking about her manager to a paying customer!!! Then she walked away from me!! I waited 13 minutes for sauce!!
