Wendy's — Restaurant in Orangeburg

I wish I could give them a -5 stars smh.... The customer service was awful. Lady at the window was rude. I had to drive thru the drive two times because the first time she did not give me my southwest avocado salad. When I came back around the build she just had my salad hanging out of the window no apologies or anything just and attitude. I pulled up only to see I received a strawberry salad which is not what I ordered. I drove thru again and a man was at the window he also was not friendly and I told him it was the wrong salad he took it from me and closed the window with his back leaned up against the window and laughing and talking to the other workers. At this point I didn't trust them making my food I honk the horn several times before he would acknowledge me and requested a refund. He then stuck his entire head out of the window and asked with an attitude what I said, then he closed the window and someone else came I assume a manager and refunded me for the salad but never spoke nor apologize to me just handed me my money. I also tried to use my rewards for 50% off a kids meal and I pulled it up on my app she scanned it and said that is not for a kids meal I showed her and she scanned it again them proceed to say she doesn't have and now it's no longer on my phone. This had definitely been the WORST experience I ever had at any Wendy location. I will NEVER return to that location and I advise my friends and family to NEVER spend any...

So after a long day of working me and my wife and daughter wanted Wendy's for dinner so I ordered a Their double quarter baconator With a large fry and my daughter ordered a 20 piece Chicken nugget and my wife ordered The jalapeno popper chicken sandwich combo so the good thing with this ordered was the Bread on my order they gave me A 1/3 double baconator Hardly any bacon on the sandwich I think I got maybe 3 slices of bacon In my French fries tasted like there a week old My wife sandwich faces like it was cooked yesterday The chicken is very dry and chilly Am my daughters chicken nuggets or about 5 minutes overcook so I tried to call them and talk to them about it but no one will pick up the phone So if I could find the district managers phone number it's in charge of these windies here in Orangeburg I would so call them and talk to him about the service that we've been getting lately I would expect this kind of service at a mom and pop restaurant not a franchise business like Wendy's So what I tried to go backup there and talk to them about ask me to step out of the drive to line if I'm not gonna order but I said I want to fix the order I order again please remove yourself out of the drive-through line if you're not gonna place in orderso what can I do about this not a dame thing but tell people to avoid this...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. My mother and I went in to use the restroom and grab some food. I approached the counter and politely asked an employee if I could use the restroom before ordering, but he completely ignored me—no eye contact or response. I then said, “Okay, I’m just gonna go then.”

While waiting in line for the restroom after my mother finished, a female employee came up behind me, standing in line, and rolled her eyes as she passed. When I apologized with a friendly “sorry girl,” she curtly replied, “I guess I’ll just piss outside,” as she dramatically threw her arms up and then proceeded to loudly repeat that comment to the entire dining room area including customers and employees. These employees were casually sitting in the dining room on their phones, chatting, even while another customer was waiting to order. I understand one of them might have been on break, but there were three of them just hanging out in the lobby.

While I was inside the restroom for 3 minutes, an employee banged on the door, which only confirmed my decision to leave without ordering anything. Based on both my experience and other reviews, I’m thankful I didn’t stay longer. Corporate needs to address these issues with the general manager at this location...
