Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Oregon City

It's a Carl Jr, probably one of the most amazing places on Earth. if I was given the chance to go here or anywhere else on the day that I was dying I would probably choose this place. This is the ultimate in fast food there's no doubting that you should go here on every single day possible. This is the absolute penultimate when it comes to eating burgers and fries. I like the criss-cross fries better than the others. you should try the milkshakes as well, they're delicious, and make sure that you get lots of whipped cream. Have your birthday here, have your anniversary here, have your graduation here, have your funeral here. If this is Carl's Jr, I can only imagine what Carl's senior is like. This is a blessing, the absolute best place on the face of the planet to clog your arteries with American fast food goodness. The staff is friendly and they accept credit cards which is really nice, drive through as quick, yet not too quick. They always get my order right, but when they don't they make up for it with extra free food, just ask for the free food because it's always there. The people that work here are spectacular, but underpaid, and probably disappointed with their wage. Overall, I would say, if you're two burgers short of a heart attack, make Carl's Jr one...

I hate to do this, but after what happened they hang up the phone every time I ask for the manager. We went to get my wife a Loaded breakfast burrito for her to have at work. She's sight impaired and can't drive and the cafeteria is closed where she works on the weekends. So I get a call from her shortly after I drop her off saying the burrito had much less filling than usual and after she took her first bite realized that the piece of bacon was completely RAW!!! There was no one else in line at the drive-through and nobody in the restaurant, so we had their full attention (as if that's an excuse for type of incompetency) so it's all the worse.But when she called them multiple times she was hung up on when she asked to speak to the manager. We can't make any sense of it. We were pleasant and there was no drama, also no excuse for what happened but illustrates just how awful it was. I understand how hard and thankless this job is, but obviously this is in a different category of lame. I would love to be able to reach out the owners of this franchise to let them know how their business is being run on Saturday mornings. Hopefully my letter to corporate gets that...

Went through the drive through for breakfast and ordered biscuits and gravy as well as other stuff. Whoever packed the gravy didn't put it in the sealed container like the other restaurants in this chain. They just gooped it on top of the biscuits. The container is not a sealed container and it was placed at the bottom of the bag. The container leaked all over the inside of the bag and soaked through the other food as well as the bag covering the seat. Mind you I don't live 5 minutes from this location. This is the third and final time this has happened. I don't enjoy sticking my hand into gravy and certainly don't like having to clean my seat. This is unacceptable and poor business. I tried to call them to complain and nobody would answer the phone with five calls. In the past when this happened they didn't appreciate my complaints and were rude.
