Burger King — Restaurant in Oregon

Went thru the drive through on my lunch break. I asked if it was possible to do fiery chicken on the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. The lady taking my order screamed “I don’t know where she is, she just left at 11!”, At her coworker without muting the mic. Then proceeded to rush me through the rest of my order. When I got to the window I was told, “Next time just order the fiery chicken and add bacon and Swiss. Don’t confuse the person taking your order because it’s not just me I have multiple people up here”. It is not the customers job to know how to order something they’ve never had. It is the employees job to inform the customer of the confusion. A better approach would have been for the person taking my order to say “it’s not possible to replace the chicken but we can add it to the existing sandwich.” Rather than tell me how to order the next time I come thru. I'm not sure I should have expected much from a Burger King, but my 5 year old daughter was treated like trash here by a MANAGER!! I was opening the bathroom door for my daughter who had to use the restroom badly, when out of nowhere this woman cuts in front of us asking if we are going to be quick. I said, no... my daughter needs to go #2. She said, "Well... I'll be quick! I've been holding this forever!" Literally didn't even give me a second to process that she was actually going to go before us, and I found myself standing in front of a locked door. She was NOT QUICK, and of course, my daughter started the jumping around and reminding me how bad she has to go. I ended up trying the men's restroom, which was free and was able to let my daughter go there... perfect, huh?? Ms. Manager should have gone to the men's restroom herself instead of cutting off a 5 year old girl. Apparently common sense doesn't run down the genetic line in all...

Anytime I've ever went into this Burger King I've had a bad experience last time they didn't make my sandwich right. Talk to the manager he was really super nice and had them do it right well when I got it home it still wasn't. So he took my name down I thought to get a couple free sandwiches next time cuz that's what I ordered. well I went in today he don't remember me thought I got the small chicken sandwiches and didn't have it written down. the manager was really rude maybe he was having a bad day but totally different from when I had talked with him last time. So he told the employee to go ahead and give the sandwiches to us. Well he triple checked with the employers that were making that sandwiches to make sure they had it right. Go out to the car open it up and no it is still not right. I will never go back to that one again and I probably shouldn't have...
