Went through the drive-through and tried to order a deluxe burger. The gal said we do not sell those. Told her I was looking for a deluxe burger and tried to explain, but she interrupted me and said we do not sell deluxe burgers. Asked her if she had a burger And tried to tell her what I wanted on it and she said pull up. When I pulled up, I told her again yes all I want is a deluxe burger no cheese and she said we don’t sell those and slammed the window in my face. I went around got out of my car and walked in. Told her she wasn’t getting rid of me that easily and that I simply wanted a hamburger with lettuce tomato Ketchup, mayonnaise onions. She said I am Refusing your order. There was another gal filming me. I yelled a few things and walked out. Then I went down the road and ordered from Carl’s Jr. on 82nd. Same way same exact situation. Mary said well, honey that’s just a star with no cheese! How simple I got my two delicious burgers and fry an onion ring and drove away. I think this was a total power trip from somebody who was just waiting to get a Karen in their restaurant. Yes, I did have a few things to say when I walked into that store. But the way I was treated at the speaker to make my order and at the drive-through was ridiculous. Still pretty surprised that somebody would treat a paying customer like that. All I asked for was a deluxe. She could had told me that a deluxe was considered a star with no cheese...
Read moreMy husband and I were starving. We passed a Carl's Jr. and decided to go through the drive through. I know kids today are not excited to be making above average wages for working, but perhaps they could try just a little. The kid who took the order sounded as if we were annoying his free time and went out of his way to show that he was bored as hell. I believe the ending comment was, "is that all?" On to the food. Let me remind you that I was starving. I missed lunch and barely had breakfast. I ordered a grilled chicken bbq sandwich. My husband bought a meal. I took two bites. The first was kind of odd tasting as if the chicken itself were mushy. I thought maybe it was the bun and bbq sauce and that I was mistaken about the chicken portion being mushy. NOPE!!!! It was mushy grilled chicken. How to you even get mushy grilled chicken?????? It only took two bites for me to realize I did not want to find out, nor did I want to experience the after affects. My husband ate his meal and felt sick all through the next day. He wasn't food poison type sick. More like the food sat in his stomach and did stop talking....if you know what I mean. I chucked the chicken after two bites, so I think I was mostly spared. I will say that I felt lousy the rest of the night. Yeah, I know fast food is not the healthiest, but you can at least hope it won't be disgusting. I knew we should have gone...
Read moreGo in to pick up my online order. I’m told by a crew member that someone already picked up my order and he would have his manager come talk to me. I Have proof of the order in my app, and the manager shrugs her shoulders at me, has an attitude and says “I don’t know what to tell you”. When I ask her if she’s going to remake my food, or refund me she responds “I don’t even know you actually paid” and I have to bring up my banking app and prove to her I paid for the order even though I JUST showed her the order in my Carl’s jr app, and I was even still 4 minutes from the end of my order pickup time window!!! Someone in your store made a mistake because 10000% no one else had the proof of my order BUT ME. So you gave my order to someone who didn’t have proof of purchase for the order, YOU GUYS MADE A MISTAKE… NOT ME…., I get No apology. No offer to make my food or refund me initially just an “I don’t know what to tell you” & “I don’t know that you actually paid” and some dirty ass looks when my food is finally given to me…. which is absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t do your job or be in a customer service position, just quit your job. Carl’s Jr. do better with your employees.
On a side note, if you need someone who will care about their job, and your customers, get in touch with me. I know someone who will gladly take the job and do...
