I know it the holiday but really I can order on line from door dash or GrubHub and pay all most 30 dollars for a dozen doughnuts but I can't do a online order from the store or call one in I tried today to ace my order just because it been a crazy day and just want to grab our doughnuts and go home I tried and it said sorry something went wrong call the store and put in a order or go inside well I called because I have a car full of kids and stuff and just want to grab and go I don't want to have to go in and tell them and pay when I called a guy answer by saying how can I help you I said hello this Krispy creme he says how can I help you I was like I'm trying to do a online order but it won't let me he said my manager said we aren't doing online orders today and then I said can I do a phone order and just pick up he goes no my manager said none of those either I said so I have to come in and order and he goes yep well I'm good on this if you can't even let your customers phone order but can let them pay over priced charges to get them delivered I dont want them. Well I guess I will goes somewhere else where even through they are busy as heck as well will understand and at least let us place a phone order for pick up especially when people can't even answer the phone I mean I'm used to people saying thank you for calling the place how can I help you but no all I got was how can I help you. Won't be coming back that is for sure especially after this last incident. Especially when Krispy kremes will let me order on GrubHub or doordash and pay almost $30 for a dozen donuts to where I could have just came in and picked up a dozen for 18.99 that just tells me they're not in it for their customers they're just in it for their money. I'm just one customer so it won't do much losing my business but trust me when my customers ask me where to go for good doughnuts and service where they care about there customers I sure won't recommend...
Read moreThe mini glazed donuts are ridiculously overpriced, as are most of everything else they sell here, unfortunatley. Everything from the “specialty” donuts at $2.89 to the glazed minis which equal $1.30 each and they are maybe the diameter of a can of Coke… and those are the bigger ones.
The service left something to be desired. Actually A LOT to be desired. The younger Hispanic guy with the hairlip “helped” me, if you can even call it that. He was able to process my card, but magically when it came to anything having to do with their app it was as though I was Speaking Swahili to him. Radio silence. Blank stare. Refers me to yet again the app. Pretty rude, honestly… any question I had regarding points, he told me to open the app and look for myself. Sorry child, but when a customer asks you a simple, unobtrusive question, you could at least ATTEMPT to answer it. However, apparently he wasn’t trained properly on how to approach customer service and he would much rather cut me off in mid-sentence, refer me to the app and then sit And expect a tip from me. IF THIS IS IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, THIS PLACE IS AS BIG OF A JOKE AS THEIR PRICES ARE…
The vancouver location is much nicer and worth the trip up there, especially so you can avoid this awful location. They need to not only learn how to train employees, perhaps they need an entirely new management team since this one’s sub parr training abilities result in entitled and under informed employees who think they deserve $20/+tips an hour. Sorry buttercup, if you can’t even handle something to simple as to answering a question regarding how many points it takes to earn a free donut… you probably won’t be able handle the rest of life’s challenges. Not worth the glaze I dropped In my lap while eating the...
Read moreToday saturday May 21 was my coworkers birthday i got am early start and went over to krispy kreme because he likes these donuts .. rhe line was ten cars long ,, at 7:00 am i jumped in anyways it was important. Twenty minutes later i was up and was accosted by an abrasive voice asking me what i wanted , i asked for a dozen donuts and the person didnt understand my order three times , i asked her name:" Jud!"y and unbelievably she was the store manager , she told ne she didnt like being asked her name and then said she didnt like my tone of voice (?) and said was i being sarcastic?...Um no judy , i was trying to make you inderstand my order over traffic noise , its a drive thru. . She said " i will not serve you '" you are refused service ! Iand hung up . I had to wait in the line at krispy kreme and then leave without any dozen birthday donuts i was trapped in the car line .. . I have been going to this liocation weekly for four years , and have only had lovely people and experiences as that is what anyone expects from this location at Krispy Kreme They were obviously understaffed this morning but for a store manager to treat a qualityy customer with such disrespect and lack of professional customer service is truly shocking . shame on you JUDY . You need some retraining on how to handle your position at a great shop like krispy kreme , you didnt cut the mustard and you indeed were salty rotten mustard on a beautuful morning of a birthday celebration. I will reconsider going to this location as i dont wish for another jnteraction with extremely rude and unprofessional and impatient JUDY ,indeed we ordered from Coco donuts and they are more expensive better especially because there wasnt hate served ...
